    Been through this, you're simply wrong. Nearly everything on that is too slow, too loose and moreover sounds like a rough early demo - in the case of everything from remian in light - of a not-yet-full-formed song. Theres a reason they added ten extra musicians for stop making sense- they couldnt play the later stuff live as a 4/5 piece

    You´re confused with Stop Making Sense (the ground-breaking video) also transferring into Stop Making Sense (amazing live album, poppy, lighter approach)
    Main reasons this album suffers a lot in comparison to The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads are it lacks the range of creativity that first live album had, due to the limited song selection, and the solos aren't as good.

    Still great though.
