What's wrong with just titling this thread The Gentlemen ?

 

Guy Ritchie keeps getting people to give him money to make films ... scientists are still unable to determine why this happens

 

Literally a 1 hit wonder of directing and even then that movie was of regionally limited interest.

So? It doesn't change the fact that I had never heard of it until today. Most likely was never released in Puerto Rico and probably wasn't even at Blockbuster.

It's a good movie, with a great ending. Snatch is better.

I was totally unimpressed by Snatch and thought was a lame, boring, overrated film. If Snatch is better than The Long Good Friday, then I am not missing anything. Thank you for the heads up!
