I worked stage secrutity at one of her gigs at hampden about ten years back and the whole front section, about 5 bodies thick, was fat lesbians in manly shirts singing along with tears steaming down their faces. Urgh.

    Muse? ‘Poo-s’ more like! Amirite?

Actually, on the jobby theme... Jack Black haddae a great quote aboot the artist ‘Pink’:

‘Pink should be called “beige” because that’s the colour you get when you mix pink with that shit she calls music.’

Yep, it looks ambitious but Byrne basically needs to faggot off and reform Talking Heads:
Byrne, Frantz, Weymouth, Harrison, Belew - basically the line-up for their peak 1980-81 touring years.

Tens of people must be devastated

What happened? One of them progress beyond the 6-month skill level on his instrument and start bossing the others?

These people are like 75... Rock and Roll ages poorly ... I mean, it'd be a hoot to meet Keith Richards, I love the guy and 40 years ago he was making records that have yet to be bettered but go see him and what's left of the Stones in concert??? That's preposterous... Charlie's the only one that can still play... Keith's arthritis has made it impossible for him to play, Mick just shouts the words because he has a range of like one octave tops ... it's not the same band anymore

If you got that lineup of Talking Heads together (which would never happen because they don't even talk to Byrne) they'd sound like shit and Bernie Worrell's dead so basically FA FAFA FAAA FAFA FAFA FAAA FUCK YOU

You don't even know what you're saying... you know less than nothing ... "what was their music 'about', Doub?"
"Subtle drums... and uh... um... innovations"
    "What innovations?"
"Um uh ... like innovative things"
    "Right, what things?"
"I, uh... um... uh... I don't know stuff"

Sonic Youth frontman Thurston Moore has cited Galaxie 500's album Today as "the guitar record of 1988".

If Thurston Moore cited receiving violent buttsex as "the hippest scene in Cleveland", would you be bent over on Kingsbury Run?
