The title hunt will still be between Liverpool and City, but with United and Spurs being shit, Chelsea being inconsistent and Arsenal being, well, Arsenal, Leicester have a great shout for top 4.

Chelski have won 6 in a row in all competitions but they won't keep that up. I actually pick Burnley today at home over them.

Always tough to get up after a huge european performance, especially travelling to a pokey spl level dive like Burnley

Anyone doing halloween this year? Three male pals seem to have decided on greta thurberg, independently - expect that to be big this year. My ginger rangers pal is blacking up and going as morelos which im quite looking forward to. Im going as frank serpico which nobody will either get or find funny but it goes with the beard and gives me an excuse to wear a long luxurient wig. Plus the bloody bullet wound is halloweeny

Noone ever gets the tenth do they? I can recall several 9-0s but its almost as if, on some level, teams feel like 10 would be too cruel....'lets get a tenth? Ooft, too far mate'

Haha I was thinking that as well. It nearly always stops at 9. I know Real Madrid won 10-2 a couple of seasons ago and Spain beat Tahiti 10-0 in the Confederations Cup but those are the only 10's I can think of.

Man, Everton are a really poor side right now... with their stadium plans, this would be a hell of a time to get relegated... when is the last time that happened? The 1950s? Crazy

Yeah not sure what the hell is going on with Everton. I saw them as top 6 contenders before this season started but they've been awful.

I think every club that has played in the top flight has suffered relegation at least once.

I remember someone telling me once that every club has been relegated but a number of clubs have never been relegated from the Premier League.

Yeah both have been relegated, I've heard loads of Arsenal fans say to me "we're the only club never to be relegated", not sure where that one came from but they definitely have. Indeed, Celtic and Aberdeen are the only top-flight clubs in Britain never to have been relegated (if we ignore the Welsh and Northern Irish leagues which nobody gives a shit about). Aberdeen did actually finish bottom of the Scottish Prem but didn't get relegated because the team which won the Scottish first division's ground wasn't up to scratch.

My best mates missus moved back from nyc last year - had been living in brooklyn heights 5 years, working lse- and has now bought a flat in, not in the west end of glesga....not even the gentrifying soothside - but....kilmarnock. No attempt to cushion that fall from mount olympus at all, kinda admirable. Methodone, stained tracksuits, pubs filled with one legged, zero toothed men. She claims to like it. Ok.

Everton lost. Two points above the relegation zone. The struggle continues.

I expect Ian Wrong to condemn this forthwith.

Police are investigating after an image of a mocked-up “boarding pass” for the late Cardiff City footballer Emiliano Sala was distributed on social media.

The 28-year-old Argentinian player died in a plane crash in the Channel two days after the Welsh club announced his signing on 19 January.

As Swansea City prepared to host rivals Cardiff City in a match on Sunday, an image was circulated online of a boarding pass with the flight number “D3AD” and the pilot named as Mikey Dye, a Cardiff supporter who died after an attack outside Wembley in 2011.

South Wales police said they had reviewed the picture on social media relating to Sala and were investigating an offence under the Malicious Communications Act.

The force said: “We will be working closely with both Swansea City and Cardiff City football clubs to identify the source. We would remind people not to share the image as they may be committing an offence.”

    This will finish 2-2.

Btw, NBC sports' coverage of the football (soccer) is fantastic compared to Sky Sports. Seriously, Sky Sports is boring in comparison. NBC present it in a fun, interactive way for the fans.
