I don't like the way players vote for someone to be their captain. I think that's pathetic. Someone should stand up and make their intentions be known that they want to be the captain. That's my personal feeling. It's not like you're in school and you're picking which players you want on your team .

With regards to Xhaka, it seemed like a knee-jerk reaction and I'd say he's probably feeling guilty of how he reacted. I can understand that he's feeling upset at the fans booing him, but he has to man up too and to be honest he needs to step it up on the pitch and want to prove a point, not only to himself but the fans also. You can't hide away in a corner and feel sorry for yourself.
