I've gotten good at the pizzas., but Hut tells us now that they are taking YEARS off my life expectancy.

Need a hotter oven. I am very sparing with the cheese and don't eat the old salami and pepperoni and what have you.

I reckon I can get about 800 calories out of it....if I do a bit of exercise I should be OK.

Fuckers in Tesco had NO peppers tonight.

I avoid salty tomato base- mostly that stuff is riddled with salt. I use tuna instead of salami, and not the stuff soaked in oil. I grate the cheese into dust- more coverage.....pack it out with peppers and tomatoes.....and I use NO oils. Modern pizza is packed with oils to help the bampots on £5 an hour to slide it in and out of the oven as much as anything to do with texture or flavour.

Stick in an 8 mile walk before hand and you will soon find any ingredients missing won't matter a jot. That's how hungry you will be.

Salt is generally fine, man. Around 20% of the population are effectively 'salt sensitive' and tend towards blood pressure increases with very high salt but in fact nearly as many people respond the opposite way and see their markers deteriorate when they reduce salt. About 2/3 basically see no effect. The blanket recommendation against salt is as behind the science as that against saturated fat. I throw sea salt and diced garlic in nearly everything personally- love it

 

What's worst? Carbs or fat?

Finland had a better bunch of players in early 2000s with Litmanen, Hyypia, Forssell, Niemi etc but collectively the team was better now, especially it was better-coached. That added to the fact that 24 teams qualified and Finland was bit lucky that both Greece and Bosnia were in ruins.
