Relax. I took my 23kg medicine ball today and did 20 reps and then 15 reps. Before I walk the wee dug tonite I will knock out another 30 reps.

Back when i was boxing I couldn't have even lifted that ball twice.

I won't burn off my muscles so fast this time.

The walking is all about mental health too and not just the physical.

 

Mate I need to get my blood pressure down and get some basic fitness up first.

So the walking has deepened my breathing and lowered my blood pressure these past two weeks.

I am definitely feeling lighter and fitter. I had 4 chicken portions over yesterday and today. Egg white omelettes of 5-6 whites. Started the resistance work today with the medicine ball. Will add floor-bodyweight exercises next.I can feel a minor "Sportsmans hernia" on either side probably from when I sprint up steps. So nice and handy.
