REED Watched the Entire Franchise w/His Daughters, Start to Finish, Over the Span of a Couple Weekends...Fun, Like You Said...Shits and Giggles...The Ridiculous Stunts and Car Choreography are Actually FUNNY, as is the Way Han is Either Dead or Alive, Depending on Which Flick You're Watching...

The Fast and ferocious franchise is fucking awful. I wish it was the franchise that hit that tree and went away and not Paul Walker. This whole thing is beyond retarded. The first one was okay for what it was and it should have been left at that. A racing movie for teenagers. But no money talks so lets do 8 more. Lets have them race cool cars a bit more and fuck a plot. Oh that's getting played out? Lets have them race cars and they're all James bond now and bring in all these big actors and this time tie the plot to the bed put a gag in its mouth pop a batch of cialis and fuck it reaaaaaly good. Im not the most intelligent guy out there (no matter what my IQ scores say) but i need more than explosions.. cool lines and invincible protagonists to intrigue me. Fuck this garbage. And if you're over 18 and enjoy this shit fuck you too.

 

REED, theres such thing as wanting escapism yet STILL wanting to see quality.

If I want escapism, i can always watch classics like Commando, Enter The Dragon, The Last Dragon, First Blood, Road House, Die Hard, Predator, Speed, Lethal Weapon, Demolition Man, Faceoff, ect..

F&F is putrid... every single one of em.

 

Walker's death is the best that could have happened to the franchise.

Well, you're clearly mistaken then: none of them are or were meant to be serious in any way.

 

A furious (pun intended) BOSS struggling to get to grips with this franchise...

 

I think I watched the last Micheal Bay movie on Netflix and came out of it with a new appreciation for the F&F movies and how much better the action is crafted in those movies.

I pretty much think they're trash to, but like REED, I have watched them with my daughter to laugh at the outrageous ridiculousness of them. They're good at what they do....take it or leave it.

I'm still of the minority opinion that the only one that qualifies as an actual movie, with actual stakes, actual acting, and an actual compelling storyline is the one that none of the regulars were in, "Tokyo Drift".

 

The One w/Bow Wow, the Heavily Southern Accented Dude from "Friday Night Lights" and Han???...

VERY Underrated for Sure...

When REED and his Girls were F&F Marathoning, he Initially Dreaded Having to Watch This One BECAUSE There was No Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Tyrese, etc, as You Stated...It Was Pleasantly Surprising Though...
