    Pacino actually has improved as an actor over the last 10 years. Which is crazy. But he really is taking in character roles and making them his own.

    Yup. Worst part of the movie. I almost turned it off. Glad i didnt because i enjoyed the movie. But it was odd that Scorsese, who normally shoots an ass whupping scene like that up close, decided to shoot it wide, flaws and all.

    I didn’t see it that way. I thought in this instance the shouting seemed a part of the character he played seeing as how the guy was an egotistical blowhard who had to be killed to get him to stfu and quit whining. So I thought Pacino really captured that guy and I totally understood the character and even his point of view.
