I saw that movie many years ago (I think). Don't remember it too well.

I remember it: its a decent old-style, psychological drama, the likes of which we'll probably never see again becsuse of how the movie business is.

Pretty in Pink was a hit and a movie classic.
Stargate was a hit and spawned a bunch of tv series.
Secretary was a critically acclaimed film and a minor hit.
Mannequin was a popular film that spawned a sequel.
Less than Zero another 80s hit with good reviews.

...and the list goes on. Spader is better known for his films.

So? The TV industry always feels honored when a former movie actor graces the small screen with his presence. They need to be rewarded!

Spader always played the spoiled rich kid the Preppie in 80's films. His movie career dried up when that genre ended at the end of the decade, he got fat and lost his hair, so he had to go into television for paydays.

I think you guys are forgetting Spader's Oscar-worthy effort as the villainous werewolf in Wolf.

Adrian Paul from Highlander: The Series. Should have been James Bond instead of Brosnan.

His delivery and timing were brilliant on the show, especially when he was ripping on obese women. He had mainly only done dramatic roles before that but was so good in that role. I always wanted him to get an Emmy.

Funny thing is that Ed O’Neill was a more accomplished football player than Al Bundy.

He’s from Youngstown, Ohio and sometimes they would throw references to the city on the show, one time Marcy saying she would fuck Ray Mancini.

Unhappily Ever After was awful with the exception of Nikki Cox’s body.

Indeed they are. Especially Paul.. people think he’s a good actor?! Wtf.. Breaking Bad was an OK at best show, bunch of sh*t actors saved by an entertaining, albeit f*cking unbelievably retarded, script.

Once again, Bryan Cranston is a very capable actor. I dunno how anybody could say otherwise.

But yeah, Aaron Paul is dog shit and cant extend his limit reach past BB.

Good one. He was pretty huge in the 80's. Been in a few good films over the years but never as the star.
