Wasn't there a clause? If so, Fury has to "agree."

Agreed. It's almost a lack of respect for the sport to think he doesn't need to make technical changes, place the blame purely on the costume (still :Jest: at that) and basically do exactly the same thing in the third fight.

Me? I say He’s fucking trash... can’t fight at all ... he could’ve knocked Fury out with some desperate windmill and I’d have thought the same

Disagree completely. This is not srl we're talking about. Wilder barely has any skills bar punching hard and moving around decently. He cant change anything to his game at this stage of his career. His only chance in a third fight is to fight balls to.the wall and catch fury first

    Exactly

The heavyweight division didn’t just magically become talented when wald pussy and Vitali left the picture

Fury succeeds in large part because he executes a really sloppy version of what used to be commonplace professional techniques...

Name me one other 6"9 guy who has displayed the kind of skillset and movement Fury utilises. Just one, you little SLUT.

It's different cause Julian Jackson actually had good technique to deliver his power, and Jackson was a good (but hardly great) technical boxer.

Wilder deserves credit in a way - I'm actually complimenting him.

The guy has ZERO skill whatsoever - he makes Ricardo Mayorga look like Eusebio Pedroza.

He's like really, really, really shitty as a boxer.

Yet he's gotten as far as he as on right hand power alone.

Wilder is basically a heavyweight version of Antwun Echols.

Echols, too, had zero skill and a dodgy chin - got by purely on a huge right hand.

That's right, and the ones that do exist are usually along the lines of Valuev, fucking POO.

Fact is - Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis (who used to RIP on Fury just as much as you before finally admitting he is actually good and can fight), Mayweather (Floyd Jr. and Jeff), Andre Ward,M Steward, Pacquiao, Freddie Roach, Lomachenko, Crawford and Spence have all given high praise for Fury's talent and skills. I just don't get why it's so difficult for some posters here to accept that he might actually be good, when all these world class fighters and trainers can (and yeah some of them took longer than others to realise, but they got there in the end).

Fury is simultaneously a good fighter and overrated.

But the guy can fight... which can't be said of Wilder or AJ.

I’ve rated Fury more than most of my fellow Fight Beaters...

He isn’t eye catching or pretty to watch, but I’ve always found him to be fundamentally sound and very smooth for a guy with his size and build. He certainly doesn’t look like an athlete, and that will put a lot of people off. But he’s obviously mastered his craft and his self belief is up there with some of the greatest fighters. If there’s anybody who simply cannot be bothered by anything, it’s Fury.

Many will now overrate him, and that’s just the typical young casual fans. Wilder too was getting praise I thought he was unworthy of. I’ve see people on Facebook and YouTube say he would have beaten the likes of Tyson, Lewis, Foreman, etc.

But people overrating someone shouldn’t stop one from giving a fighter his DUE credit.

We'll see in the coming years if Dubois can emerge as being better than AJ/Wilder - won't be that hard, as neither of those guys can fight a lick. It appears Dubois MIGHT be able to fight, but we'll find out for sure soon.

Teddy Atlas is generally a cancer, but I'm glad that he was honest to all the casuals tuned in about Wilder.

    Dubois has potential.

I thought the Nigerian Kid might be good but his last fight proved that he’s a KO waiting to happen.
