I'd sooner play 3 at the back than play Lovren.

If Liverpool can somehow get a draw out of this it will be a great result. They really haven't been at the races.

Haven't been at the races since the so-called Winter Break.

With Bournemouth and West Ham winning........and Pearson having a reputation as something of a fire-fighter, and Watfords performnance at Anfield earlier in the year.....it's hardly a massive surprise.

I had a few quid down on Watford opening the scoring and Watford to win.

Monkey well and truly off our back and fucking off the down the road on his own by now.

    Embarassing.

All the talk of unbeaten and records and shite.

Granted, none of it was coming from inside the club but we know who it will be attributed to.

Deeney shouldn't be on the field but he's like Gazza, he's one of these guys that's just "ALLOWED" to kick people for some reason.

Good for them. But truly nobody at Liverpool gives a toss. It's the manner of defeat rather than defeat per se. Shit happens etc but it shouldn't happen like this.

Also fuck Lovren. Talk about an utter passenger and liability. He's gotten the odd goal but he's been at the site of every disaster the club has had since he's signed.

FA Cup tie away at Chelsea next. Fuck that, who cares.

Then it's Bournemouth at home on Saturday 12.30pm.

Anybody else notice how badly missed Liverpools two "Donkeys" were today.

    Henderson and Milner.

They get through so much work.

Liverpool's loss is overshadowing the glorious Borussia Dortmund victory today.

Which it shouldn't of course but Liverpool were being made out to be monsters.

Just a sniff of opportunity now for City.

I wonder if Lallana's effort had just gone in.........could Liverpool have come back? Face it though, that's 3 games in the last 4 {2-2} that Liverpool have trailed in and they didn't score for ages in one of the ones they won.

Here's what happened. LFC didn't want Everton to get any recognition as the first club to beat them this season. So two weeks beforehand, they lost on purpose to Watford.

The game away to Everton was going to be hard in any event. They had a right go at Anfield but got pasted. Since then they have added quality on and off the field and are generally buoyed by the new stadium developments.

As for Liverpool they just need to get over the line and worry about adornments after the fact.

No Keita, Milner OR Henderson today......I can't recall that happening before. Throw in the added bonus of Liability McLovren and the fact that Watford are fighting to survive...

City have gone from 250-1 to 80-1 without even playing.

When mane scored winners at Norwich and against West Ham, I looked on them as bonus goals.

If they hadn't gone, Liverpool would have lost around 7 points out of 9 available, instead of just 3.

Every win is critical for Liverpool. Still have to go to Arsenal, Everton, City and welcome Chelsea.

Palace, who are good on the road, as proven today, still have to come to play at Anfield.

All the bottom sides are fighting for survival...Bournemouth are the next one and Liverpool have them next. That's going to be another struggle cos none of these bums want relegating.

Watford, and especially Sarr, were well deserved winners.

Liverpool were deserved losers....I'd like to see Klopps next side, not for Chelsea in the Cup, but for Bournemouth.

    The Hod-Carriers are all unfit.
