Didn't see any Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, The Defenders, Iron-Fist II, Gotham, Arrow or The Flash (except first 8 eps)


Wait, I did used to watch Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D back in 2015 when it was on terrestrial TV...that was quite good.

 

Final trailer looks great. It has a "The Winter Soldier" vibe which I dig.

Pretty disappointing film. The action was okay and the story was decent but I think too much comedy killed the film. It seems today’s action movies are going way out of their way to try and put a joke or witty banter into every scene of dialogue. I swear once the film got going if it went 5 minutes without a joke or witticism I’d be surprised. I think the humor detracted from the story and when there’s a joke every other minute it actually makes the film unfunny. They even had characters do totally unrealistic dangerous things and survive unrealistic situations all for the sake of humor, or in the case of ridiculous prison escapes for the sake of better action scenes.

I was hoping this would be as good and rewatchable as The Winter Soldier or Civil War but it turned out to be more like Ant Man or Black Panther (IMO), a one time viewer. 5.5/10.

 

Black Panther was actually a solid film.

But yes, I have read reviews where people pretty much pointed out the very same things you mentioned and called "Black Widow" a misfire.

 

I agree black panther was solid and solid to me is one time viewing. Good is a film I’ll likely watch more than once.

 

Well, there are good films that you just want to watch only once.
