that is exactly how I see it right now.
Garcia really doesn’t impress me that much.
Sure he has good hand speed and power,..but I feel he is more Amir Khan than anything.
I look for him to get brutally stopped.

garcia has looked more impressive since joining the reynoso tainted meat team, but he still hasnt beaten anyone anywhere near as good as pedraza or even gamboa. and he wants an exorbitant purse to face linares.

Problem Is, Tank is Almost 4 FULL Years Older than Garcia...

You're Right, Tank's Resume IS Better, but Not By Near as Big a Margin as a 4 Year Age Difference Suggests...

And w/That Said, Garcia Disposed of Fonseca MUCH Easier Than Tank Did, and If Garcia Fights/Beats Linares, That'll Be THE Most Accomplished Fighter Either Man has Faced...

Tank CAN Fight, But He's LAZY as Fuck and CONTENT...Because of the Clear LACK of Dedication to His Craft, REED Suspects Tank is ALREADY as Good as He'll Ever Be...REED Hopes He's Proven Wrong, but it's Doubtful...

He's Treading Water and the Younger Guys are Catching Up (Or Surpassing Him) QUICKLY...The Age Difference in Tank and the Aforementioned is ALARMING Considering They're All Basically On a Level Playing Field...

    Tank 25yo, Born 11/7
    Teofimo 22yo, Born 7/30
    Garcia 21yo, Born 8/8
    Haney 21yo, Born 11/17

It's Already Tooooooooooooo Late in the Case of Teofimo (Tank's Waaaaaaaaaaaaay Toooooooooooo SMALL), but NOW is the Time for Tank, if He Realistically Expects to BEAT Garcia or Haney...

By 2021 It Could ALREADY Be Tooooooooooooo Late...

Yeah I think Tank is talented, but he's clearly wasting that talent right now and coasting. He looked like warmed-up shit last time out.

davis is definitely a lazy party boy. that said, i will give him the benefit of the doubt that if and when he has a big fight scheduled against one of these other three guys or another elite opponent that he will prepare himself as best he can.

Even if he does prepare, theres certain physical limitations he'll have to deal with.

The fact that he's a dwarf with alligator arms, which will make it hard to reach Lopez/Haney without getting touched up a lot.

You're a Better Man than REED, Bruh...

Not Only Has Tank LOST a Title on the Scales, It was When he Had Co-Main Event Status on THE 2nd Biggest PPV In History!!!:Jest:...

How Are You Not UP for That, and Motivated to Show the Woooorld WHO and WHAT "Tank Davis" is All About???...How are You Not UP for Your Debut @ 135, In Your "New Adopted Home" of ATL???...

Motherfucker Moved Up BECAUSE He Was Having Trouble Making '30, Then MISSES Weight In His Debut @ the Higher Division???...

Garcia's Already Half a Foot TALLER, Haney's Still Maturing and Teofimo Would Be a CASH OUT Fight...

REED Bets Tank Will Face Santa Cruz and Other Non-Threats, Hoping Garcia/Haney/Lopez OUTGROW '35...

He NEVER Even Got Around to Unifying w/the Infinitely Beatable Tevin Farmer @ '30, So There's NATHAN Suggesting Tank Will Be the Least Bit Ambitious @ '35...

those would be worriesome if i was a davis fan, definitely. he's a lazy fuck for sure. he shoulda recognized the opportunity to shine and boosted his profile. that siad, if you dont see your opponent as a threat maybe you dont train as hard as necessary. Versus a guy you think can beat you perhaps you do train harder. we will see

Training issues aside, there's still no excuse for taking 12 rounds to dispatch of a totally shot Gamboa... who was fighting on ONE... FUCKING... LEG!

I'm not sold on Haney's power. Either way, based on accomplishments, he is clearly last. That is a fact. Maybe you can watch him win his early fights and surmise he'll be number 2 on that list. And maybe you're right. But I'm not sold yet.
