It's sad. Newcastle is a great place with a real actual history of commerce and industry. Football is a great sport and the English Football League is a great product. The people are hard working decent sorts with a few dickheads mixed in.

And here they are, collectively, the town, the game, the business and the people.........the playthings of some fucking goat herders with oil fields.

In defense of my circle drawing skills- i didnt draw it. Bearded bam in the flat cap. Some day that was. St peter's basilica, Sistine chapel, pantheon, an 8 hour piss up on the sunny streets of rome and none of those things even ended up being the highlight. CELTIC

They gotta complete the season. Champions, relegation, promotion simply must happen. The real issue is when.

IMO, the next football game must be this seasons schedule, no matter when that may be.

Precisely. They are desperate to fuck Liverpool and have it dressed up as "Humanity".

If next season is delayed by a month or two what difference will that make?

You've got clubs convinced- not without proof- that they can stay up {Think Wigan staying or Blackpool going down....all "Impossible", until they happened} or Sheffield United thinking they can make top 4. Again, it's possible. Everton did it. Spurs made it. :Jest:

Neville: It's all about the economics!!!

Fucking bombshell that. Well I never, eh? Twat.

Of course it’s all about economics and The EPL blazes that money trail. Neville has earned a tidy sum and still does from the epl

I think the playoffs are equally as important, you can go from top to bottoms 6 in that League in the blink of an eye. Those primed for this years playoff deserve their chance.

here’s another thing, let’s say we scrap this season and we get a second outbreak in September/November?? Scrap that season too?

Just play the mini tournament, increase the substitutes and get the season finished

That's the essence for me. "Scrap it and wait" presumes that there is some certain line of "All Clear" just around the corner.

Erm, there isn't lads. It's like playing football in Ireland when we were kids, you don't wait until "Tomorrow" for it to stop raining.

It doesn't stop raining in Ireland.

You play between the showers. Cos tomorrow never comes as it were.

Are you still into the old slippery hockey by the way~?

I've been to two Ireland games in my life

1994 Pre USA 94 Friendly vs Czech Republic. Got bashed 3-1. Nedveds debut.

2013 Wembley Stadium. 1-1 draw. Dirge game with a brilliant Shane Long goal.

I celebrated hard when this went in. Now I don't know if I'd even react at all.

Forgot just how good original Ronaldo was in the brief period before he became an overweight cripple. He moved the way sonic the hedgehog did when you jumped on the sparkly speed box

That brought me back to the number of games postponed as a kid. My memory recalls every single week but that can't be true :Jest:

The last time I was on the ice was about 4 years ago. I simply do not have the time to travel.

Ive actually seen ireland play live more often than this. Well.... sort of. Three testimonials at Celtic Park, invisible to the official record books.
