Mate, the last time somebody asked me about Nuri Sahin and I said he was the dogs bits.

He was gone inside of a year and so was Rodgers :Jest:

So here's my opinion of Werner

"He's shite and he'll be gone inside a year". :Jest:

PS you know it's a load of Aunt Bessys Manure when you're tipped by the same Chip Wrapper to sign Sancho and Werner

What do we think: will next season go ahead with open stadiums? I have real doubts. I reckon we're permo-fucked, here. I still havent renewed my season ticket, its been sitting in my account basket on the sellik website for months. £525 is big wad to spunk on a pipedream

    Hoot,

Wid Ye buy a season ticket if there wiz a cardboard cut oot o', Ye...?

    'FLAT-MOSPHERE
Life-size cardboard cut-outs with photos of 12,000 real fans stuck on fill stadium of Bundesliga club.

BUNDESLIGA club Borussia Monchengladbach are finding a novel way of filling their stadium - with 12,000 cardboard cut-outs of actual fans with pictures that fans have sent in from home.

The 'Stay at home, be in the stands' campaign allows the Fohlen faithful to purchase a cut-out bearing their image for just £17, with all profits going to charity.'

    That's classic. :Jest:

Even cooler that it's actual fan photos they submitted themselves.

What a great night that was. Ballack running after the ref touching him like a jilted John outside a public loo in London.

    Issadissgrace. Issafuckingdiscrace.

There was NOTHING wrong with Barcelona's equalizer. I think the fact that Chelsea were so close and had a few pennos turned down was what did for them in the end. Those were heady days, 2005 to 2013 basically moneybags Prem one one side with a bit of Wenger and Benitez magic on the other had Europe at arms length.

The squad Liverpool won it with in 2005...........Gerrard? Alonso? Hamman? Probably the only guys who might make it into todays Squad. Riise ain't shifting Trent and Finnan might keep Robertson company.

Baros, Kewell, Traore, Dudek, Luis Garcia, Smicer... fucking no chance. Hyppia probably, in fact him and Virgil would be some back pairing.

Sahin ... Now there's a blast from the past :Jest:
I really thought LFC were onto a winner there. Unlike T.Werner, I thought that I actually knew a little about Sahin and rated him highly.

I guess it will depend on the league. Major leagues will survive, division 2,3 etc could very well go to the wall

It's startling. A goalie with more assists than Lingard has this season. And Lingard has had PLENTY of chances to get an assist.

Just watching some of the old clips, anybody else notice how often Van Der Saar puts his hand in the air after he concedes, looking for offisde or handball or anything??

Yeah I was made up when we signed him and I really really thought he'd be a star for us. Things just didn't work out....it was that bad era when Dalglish had gone as far as he could and Rodgers was still trying to figure out what suits to wear/where to get his teeth done/what BS tales to tell in the post match interview.

The last 3 months of Kennys reign was a hard hard time. We just kept fucking losing.

I had a dream I was in a museum in London (but somehow everyone inside the museum was also American) & people were not social distancing, not wearing masks and people kept brushing up against me and patting my shoulders. I couldn't leave because I couldn't find my way out. But somehow I figured out that if I started walking like an ape people kept their distance and wouldn't fuck with me. So I was walking like an ape and people stayed away and didn't touch me.

But then I went to the pisser and when I was coming back out, some guys cornered me and asked why I was walking like an ape. For some reason I wasn't allowed to tell them the real reason so I had to make something up. I said when you walk like that it's easier to check out women's asses. So almost immediately I saw other guys following women around and walking like apes. All over the museum. And even after I found my way out I'd see groups of women walking around London with some pervert following them closely walking like an ape. I felt guilty for starting the worst trend in human history. Then I woke up to some female MMA fighter screaming from an armbar on ESPN.
