I am the opposite. After 14 weeks of lockdown, I'm loving this shit. Matches every day. It's got a world cup feel to it.

Not ideal but way better than nothing and less time between matches. After all this time I wake up with shit to look forward to.

I kind of see where you are coming from, but as an LFC fan.......I should have had the league and then the EURO's as my "Worry Free" Summer football fix.

    Fuckers ruined it for me.

Yes, Sterling is what happens when you take an IQ of 95 and ally it with disproportionate attention and money.

A retard preaching from the pulpit.

    He's a twat.

Lampard has an A-Level in Latin and a brain. Lampard is going places. Raheem won't ever make it beyond his current station, but he'll have the best excuses ever for not advancing, never fear mate.

Much obliged. I feel very deflated in fact. But Mark Lawrenson said his first title took a few years to sink in!!!

This is an odd odd night.

It's so hot.....seeing that Banner on the telly that I never believed I would ever see.

Surreal stuff. Liverpool is a powder keg. Ready to go off right now.

    His tweet from 2012....

"Life at this age is rubbish with no money".

8 years later......he's top of the fucking pile.

I don't think people realize how long Klopp's plan has been in place.

Sportscasters were "quick" to point out last night that Pulisic was at Dortmund with Klopp. They usually harvest sites like this or other peoples feeds for stories and then praise themselves for their "journalism"

And won the league despite there being law changes, VAR and delays/suspension because of Kung Flu.

What amazes me is how anybody so emotional and so open about it can be successful in an epoch of cynicism and doubt.

Yet Klopp doesn't just cry he's happy to let everyone know it and he's made a team that is ruthless to bits at the same time.

It's like Mary Poppins being in charge of a bunch of killers.

At least three declared dead so far. You can see this hotel from my flat and i passed the block on my way to buy a phone charger cable less than an hour prior. Towns been wild the whole week, multiple stabbings, hammer attacks, a rape, other mysterious forensic cordons all broad daylight. The whole of kelvingrove park got shut down due to public disturbance yesterday. Sectarian/'BLM' related mass brawls every weekend. This lockdown really has run its course now, enough

The council have housed all the homeless in city centre hotels during lockdown, mostly junky flotsam, streethawks, burro-barnacles, ghostly pavement pirates but with a sizeable minority of blacks or north africans. My guess is tensions have spilled over this week, maybe fanned by smack getting scarce. Nothing politically minded out of these halfway houses, no chance

The blueprint has been laid out. Arsenal will just need to sell Auba for 150 million, Ozil for 100 million both to Barca. Buy one of the best defenders in the world (maybe we could go for 2 of the best defenders), scout the right replacements... couple years we'll be back on top! Easy

There was nothing political about the beach riots in Wales. Just the usual cunts out from the tower blocks.

They already re-signed David Luiz. Title is theirs next season.

    Sideshow David.

They need to push him UP to midfield in front of their back 4.

He can't fucking defend so what's it all about playing him as a back 4 guy??

It's purely because he's American. ESPN does that shit all the time over here. Also as Man United have a huge following and arguably have the most name recognition to North American fans it's hilarious how they stretch out ways to find headlines linking them.

You have a bunch of the normal news and then (some guy who played for Manure 4 years ago who now plays in Portugal or somewhere) "Ex Manchester United player scores hat trick at ..."

Yeah he doesn't really seem to "belong" anywhere on the pitch. It's not that he's without any talent, but his skillet doesn't match up to any traditional spot. He's not a great defender but he can't really play holding mid and while he can do some things up front there are better players already occupying those roles.
