Exhibition isn't a legal term though, it can mean anything. I have seen several boxing exhibitions that have ended in knockouts. They have been called exhibitions because the fighters (bodybuilders, bouncers and such) haven't got their licenses. There have been three judges, one judge or no judges. There are no rules

So you can't know what happens here based on the fact that it is called an exhibition. You can know it isn't real by using common sense however

The kid looked totally overwhelmed to me. Floyd nailed him a solid uppercut on the 2nd knockdown that didn't look like a dive.
