harden can try to talk his way out of town all he wants but he has zero leverage. he has 3 years left on his deal and without a no trade clause they could deal him to cleveland or some other shithole loser franchise

    :Cry111: @bucks.

    antetokounmpo dont want that guy.

Of Course He Has Leverage; Did You NOT See How AD's Last Season in New Orleans Played Out???....He Eventually Got What He Wanted...

If Harden's "Hurt" and in Street Clothes for 40-50 Games This Season, You Don't Think That'll AFFECT Ticket Sales (The FEW They're Hoping to Generate During the Pandemic) for the Rockets???...

agREED Harden Doesn't Have Control Over WHERE He Goes, Necessarily, But it Behooves Franchises to ACCOMMODATE a Disgruntled Player When he Wants OUT...

REED Doesn't Think Harden Would Be a BAD Fit in Milwaukee...Defenses Couldn't Afford to Wall Off Giannis if Harden's There...And Even Though Jrue Holiday's a Good Addition, He's Not Gonna Impact the WAY Teams Defend Giannis, Like Harden Would...

That Said, THEabsoluteWORST Fit for Harden is Brooklyn, in REED's Opinion...

Kyrie's Ball Dominant as Is; Adding Harden Would Only LESSEN KD's Touches, Which ISN'T a Recipe for Success...Brooklyn Would Be THEabsoluteBEST Trade Scenario for Houston, However...

Ballmer could pull a fast one and trade Pandemic P (who he just gave a $200 million extension to) for Harden

That Extension Just Made PG13 UNTRADEABLE in REED's Opinion...He's Gonna Need a BOUNCE BACK Season to Restore Some of his Value 1st...

There's "Playing Bad" & Then There's Going SCORELESS In the 4th Qtr of an Elimination Game, Pathetically Launching a "Shot" Against the Side of the Backboard:Jest:...

Gonna Take a Minute or So for PG to Remove That Taste from People's Mouths...

George had an awful game 7 just like the rest of the team. he had 33 points in game 6. it is what it is, they gave up so much for him to lure leonard, that they were forced to pay him. would be hilarious if leonard ended up walking after this season and theyre stuck with george.

john wall was moving around pretty well from what i saw last night. if they could deal harden for george thats actually a team that makes sense for harden. where he could come in and be the #2 option behind leonard. rockets get an allstar who is under contract for the next few years in return and maybe some pick swaps or some shit.

If the Clippers Once Again Succumb to the Pressure, REED Fully EXPECTS Kawhi to Bail...

People are Slowly But Surely Starting to Realize that Just Because Kawhi is QUIET Doesn't Mean He's Devoid of an Ego...In Fact, REED Thinks Kawhi Has 1 of the BIGGER Ego's in a League That Certainly Has No Shortage of Them...

If the Kawhi-PG Clippers Don't Win a Championship This Coming Season They NEVER Will...Kawhi Will Realize That Himself and Find Another Team...

Top 5 No Doubt, But This Past Season Made it Clear Kawhi Isn't THE Best Player in the League...

Kawhi Gets HIS, But He Doesn't Make OTHERS Better...And By Most Accounts, He's a Piss Poor Leader...Teammates Don't Have to Be BESTIES or Anything, But They DO Need Chemistry and Cohesion...If They Want to Be a SUCCESSFUL, That Is...

Kawhi ISOLATED Himself to a Fault, Demanded Trades and Special Accommodations from the Clippers, But Offered NATHAN In the Way of Locker Room Leadership...

And the Load Management Bullshit, Lack of Practice Time w/His Teammates and the Fact He Was Never Held ACCOUNTABLE Chipped Away @ the Chemistry/Cohesion the Clippers Had the Season Prior, When they MADE the Playoffs w/Out Kawhi or PG's Asses...

If You Wanna Be That Dude Be THAT DUDE Then!!!...Can't Have it BOTH Ways Though...The Passive-Aggressive Way Kawhi Goes About Shit is His Biggest Problem...You Can't Be a Diva On 1 Hand, Yet SHIRK Leadership Responsibility on the Other...

I didn't even read all that, just scanned. For you to type all that out, shows you're on the definsive and you know that I'm right about some things at least.

As far as my "sources" go, I was what, about what 2-3 weeks early in saying the Cavs where interested in Russ before the first report came out? Obviously, a friend knows SOMETHING. Woj used to be the man, but he's fallen off big time. Didn't he report Russ & Harden went cool anymore? Trust me, nothing could be further from the truth.

Trump's fat sorry ass is gone, why would it matter who supports him? If I had to guess, with the exception of Cuban, most all NBA owners support Trump's tax cuts for the ultra rich.

Harden isn't 100% sure about what he wants yet. That's why he showed up to camp.

You may think I hate Russ Reed, I don't. I don't particularly like his stat padding and his play doesn't result in winning basketball in my opinion. I hear is a cool dude, is down to earth and helps people out. And I respect him telling the Rockets he was done, was not going to show up for shit.

Meanwhile Harden is acting like a straight up Bitch with his cryptic IG's and such. I've dated chicks like that and dumped their ass. I'm year him the same way.

I think it would make more sense for Kawhi to push for PG to get moved. If Kawhi bails on the Clips to go team up with a better player he’ll get vilified by the press and fans. Especially when you factor in what he forced the Clippers to give up for him and the fact this will be the third franchise he will have bailed on. It won’t even matter anymore that he got two of them championships, his reputation will take an even bigger hit than it did last season.

Kawhi should've stayed in Toronto. Dude is weird. For him to have problems with Pops and the Spurs, who every player loves playing for, speaks to the unbalanced mentality of this dude. Maybe it's because of how he laughs has fucked him up lol

One more thing about "reports" about Harden. Has anyone heard anything directly from him? No. Why should we take everything we hear with a huge gain of salt? Well usually, leaks are handled by agents/firms. Who is Harden's agent??? His mommy.

Uhh yeah. It was reported he recently added more teams to the list that he’s willing to be traded to and it doesn’t help your cause that he elected not to sign the extension Houston offered him last month.

Personally I like seeing a franchise stand up to these ultimatum trade requests. I heard Kyrie Irving threatened Cleveland that he would have had season ending shoulder surgery if they didn’t trade him. I would have called his bluff and I would have leaked the story to the press on top of that. It’s Kyrie’s health, career and reputation and if he wants to throw all that away for greener pastures go ahead.

Don’t get me wrong I would trade a player who requested it but depending on how they come at me with it and how effectively they’re willing to work with the franchise will determine how much I’d be willing to sacrifice a little less to send them to a good situation as opposed to only looking out for my franchise.

REED's Always Taken the Player's Side in Matters Like This...

Teams Eat Players Up and Shit Them Out Daily...Literally, the NBA Offers 10-Day Contracts, So When a Particular Guy Reaches a Level of CONTROL, REED Likes When They Exercise It for Their Own Benefit...

In the Case of Harden-Houston, the Organization UPPED the Ante By Publicly Stating "We're Willing to Make This UNCOMFORTABLE"...You Can Afford to Do That w/a Veteran Minimum or Mid-Level Exception Player...Or Some G-Leaguer HAPPY Just to Be On a Roster...

But You Say Shit Like That About James Harden and Guess What??? Now He's LATE to Training Camp, THEN Has to Quarantine a Week After Finally Arriving to Training Camp...

When an Organization FLEXES On It's Franchise Player, They're Ultimately Fucking Up...Cutting Off Their Nose to Spite Their Face, Basically...No Matter What, James Harden's Money is GUARANTEED...The Houston Rockets WILL Pay Him, Whether He Plays or Whether He's "Hurt"...

Referencing the Kyrie Situation, If the Organization Leaks Information Contradicting an "Injury", There's a Million Houston Area Doctors Waiting to "Substantiate" It for Harden...Hell, They'll Even Provide Bogus X-Rays if Necessary:Jest:...So Then, in the Court of Public Opinion, It's a He Said-She Said Situation...

In the End, the Organization Would Be Left w/Little Choice BUT to Trade Him for SOMETHING, vs. Paying Him to Do NATHAN....And All the While, Other Franchise Level Players or Those Working Their Way Up to That Caliber WILL Be Paying Attention to How that Organization Treated its Franchise Player...

Which Could Negatively IMPACT the Organization's Ability to Attract Future Free Agents...

So we're are these leaks coming from? His Mommy? Meek Mill? Lil Baby? Harden is dumb to not have an agent right now, especially if he really wants out. Woj said he preferred to play with Wall. That was straight B.S. It was reported that he was offered 50 million for 2 seasons. Meanwhile Tillman cheap ass Ferttita won't even give P.J. Tucker a few million extension.

Russ wanted out period and made it known and even gave reasons why. He was traded before the season.

Maybe Harden does want out. But, he showed up to practice today. Russ wasn't going to. It's a unique situation. Too many things contradict each other and with Harden acting like a teeny girl with no agent, No one can say what she wants, I don't think she even knows for sure.

The Rocket's new owner fucked this team up seriously. I know you live in the Dallas area, I don't know if you're a Mavs fan, but I envy the owner the Mavs have. Tillman can't run a restaurant, Landry's, Rainforest Cafe are ass. He sure as hell can't run a NBA franchise. His ego + the ego's of NBA players = catastrophe.

I got no issue with player empowerment but what Harden is doing is detrimental for future player empowerment and regardless of who fired the first salvo here there’s a certain level of professionalism players should harbor when dealing with ownership over their own personal situation.

First of all this type of behavior hurts a player’s own chances of getting traded and from some of the podcasts I’ve listened to people have said that Harden was given some serious privileges in Houston where he was actually allowed to cancel practices and even head off to Cabo and Vegas nearly whenever he wanted. The franchise has also done everything he pretty much asked including mortgaging it’s future and it’s present for him. He also didn’t do any favors for the new incoming coach who as a fellow black man in the coaching industry has it hard enough. So I think Harden’s behavior has been abhorrent.

It’s also not a good idea to poke the bear and act out when NBA owners as a collective have the option and even a good reason to rip up the present CBA and force a whole new contract negotiation with the players union. Based on present financial outlooks because of covid 19 that could lead to a big reduction in player salaries.

I also found it hilarious that Miami was put on the updated list of teams Harden was willing to play for. I think it would be amazing for Harden’s career because of the type of work ethic and physical standards Miami forces even their superstars to follow. But Harden would have to seriously check his ego at the door because Riley, Spoelstra and the Heat organization as a whole don’t play that special privilege stuff which was said to be one of the reasons LBJ bounced.

I’m nearly always on the players side too but there has to be a certain level of professionalism. Just because a franchise makes a statement you don’t like doesn’t give you the right to act like a spoiled brat and ignore rules and safety protocols.

First of all these weren’t leaks, they were straight up articles, not to mention how pretty much every NBA as well as several general sports podcasts have all discussed in a factual way that Harden wants out. I guess the only people disputing that are delusional Rockets fans. What was bullshit? You must mean Woj saying James wants to play with Wall because Woj was the one who first reported James was willing to be traded to Philly.

Of course Harden showed up for practice, he’s contractually obligated to and regardless of you stating your opinion to the contrary it’s highly likely Russ would have as well because like Harden he’s contractually obligated to.

Also Russ is a lot more professional than Harden and tends to lift his teammates up as opposed to sucking the life out of them. Russ has no problem playing with all stars but Harden has an issue with every little thing that doesn’t go 100% his way.

Why Doesn't Your "Professionalism" Mantra ALSO APPLY to the Franchise???...Why is the Player Held to a HIGHER Standard of "Professionalism" Than the Organization Is???...

Coming Out and PUBLICLY Saying "We're Willing to Make This UNCOMFORTABLE" is Complete Bullshit Bruh...Don't Pretend You're All for Player Empowerment, Then EXCUSE the Organization for Saying Bullshit Like That...Those are Polar Opposite Stances...

Worse, the Owner Presented Himself OPENLY as a Trump Supporter...How "Professional" is That???...

Even w/All the Demonstrations, Dialogue Against Social Injustice and the Campaign to Get More People Registered to Vote, the NBA NEVER Encouraged People to Vote a Particular Way...Not Once Did You Hear the Names Trump OR Biden, Yet the Rockets Owner Wants to Be PUBLIC About His Support of Trump???...

And Players That Asked to Be Traded as a Result Are the One's LACKING "Professionalism"???:Jest:...

The Dallas Cowboys are THE Most Valuable Franchise in Professionals Sports, and Though it's Not Much of a Secret Jerry Jones SUPPORTS Trump, He Does So in SILENCE...That's What "Professionalism" Looks Like from a Franchise Perspective...

The Owners CANNOT Rip Up the CBA; It's Already Been Written and agREED Upon...Sure, There's Been AMENDMENTS to the CBA Based on Covid-19 But There's a 0% Chance of a SINGLE Player (James Harden Included) Causing NBA Owners to Even Consider Going AGAINST It...Not Gonna Happen...

And Even If It Did, The Owners Would Get Their Asses Handed to Them in Arbitration...This AIN'T Football; NBA Contracts are GUARANTEED...

To Be Clear, in NO Way is REED Condoning Poor or Selfish Behavior, but "Professionalism" is a 2-Way Street...And Very RARELY Are Franchises Held to The SAME Standard as Players in That Regard...

    That's Bullshit...

Surprised Giannis Made it THIS Easy on Milwaukee, But He's Obviously ENTRENCHED In the Community and They Could Afford to Pay Him More Than Anyone Else...

That Said, Milwaukee's Not Any Closer to a Championship Than They Were Previously...Good News Is, Giannis Will Only Be 31 When This Particular Contract is Up...

milwaukee improved their team this offseason. holiday is one of the top 2 way players in the league. whether they are closer to a championship depends on how well the nets gel and stay healthy. getting rid of bledsoe is also addition by subtraction. he is a low IQ/inconsistent shooter athletic loser who costs them in the postseason

How Does Holiday HELP Milwaukee Beat the Miami Heat in a Series???...They LOST 4-1 and SHOULD Have Been Swept, Being Honest...

As REED Types, Miami, Boston and Brooklyn Will ALL Be Better Than the Bucks...Maybe Not in the Regular Season, Where Milwaukee Seems to FLOURISH, but Certainly By the 2021 Playoffs, Barring Injury...
