I think there's a lot of stylistic similarities between the two - they both stalk their opponents behind high guards and strong jabs and have big left hooks to the body. I'd favor Dariusz as the naturally bigger and stronger to wear down Torres and perhaps stop him late.
If Michalczewski can't keep it at range - which I could see, but don't think is particularly likely - then he should be able to win a close fight where he eats some leather, but keeps his jab in Torres' face. I think that's what's more likely is that Jose finds his way inside more often than not, and eats Darius up there. He loses any jabbing/long-range match, but he batters DM's body, up close.
