Canelo vs Arthur Abraham at 160

Two guys known for their blistering workrates. Who woulda won?

 

Probably canelo, but would be a good real close fight

 

I'd pick AA to put a hurtin on Yellow. I think he was plain too strong and powerful for Ginger. If you think about it, AA never lost to a guy his size. Dirrell, Froch, and Ward were mainly too damn big for him.

I don't think Canelo could keep him off, and I think Abraham's power would wear on Ginger.

 

A real possibility. The latter rounds would be hell for Canelo.In fact, rethinking about it, I'd pick AA to win this one. A guy like Dirrell was probably a bigger threat than Canelo, and AA, while losing, was coming on in the latter rounds

 

Canelo presses behind his superior defense and technique and wins on points IMO.

 

I agree with this. Abraham was dangerous with his rushes, but Canelo had more variety and could get around AA's guard better than vice versa

 

I've changed my opinion in the last 4 years.

Canelo would outbox the one dimensional AA, most likely.
