No proof exists that he loaded his gloves against Cotto. He would have had to sneak plaster past the most comprehensive boxing commission there is, and he and his team aint exactly brain surgeons. But we're getting off topic. Palomino's body attack would wear Cotto down.

Palomino with no plaster was better than Margarito with. Makes no difference whether he had it or not. Palomino wears Cotto down late with body work. It'd be a great fight.
Palomino is overrated and cotto is underrated. Id put big money on Miguel. Breaking down some eurobum with body shots is not enough for me to think he could do it to Cotto
I personally only use it when it truly is a Eurobum - like Gary Lockett or something. John Stracey was a good fighter. Palomino isn't overrated. Who ever favored Palomino over one of the welterweight greats? No one. Cotto is the best fighter he could have beaten.
And dont get me wrong, i like Palomino, had some subtle skills for such an aggressive fighter. But cotto is too sharp for him
