Just saw on NBC stream that some guy will take $50K+ if Everton win 3-1.

    He had

    Spurs 1-3 United
    West Ham 3-2 Leicester
    Sheffield 0 3 Arsenal

    Maybe a couple others.

Eitherways he needs 3-1 today to get the big prize.

Everton low on midfielders. We have six defenders and a holding midfielder starting.

I predicted a 3-1 victory before the team was announced.

I have a feeling Siggy will score from a free kick.

Fans are starting to lose patience with Ancelotti. Not only are we taking steps backwards but we're also the most boring club in the Prem to watch. And I don't know what the fuck is going on at Finch Farm, but Jesus H, these guys rack up some injuries. We have guys on the books like Delph & Gbamin or whatever the fuck his name is (he never plays) who spend all season in hot tubs and training beds.

Injuries are par for the course this season. And Everton are still in that mix.

He's Italian, and he's a defender, they are typically negative, he played 5 CB's last night I think.

Yes. The club is decimated in MF & we have a bunch out on loan. Those guys on the pitch still should have done better. The week before, Everton had a 1-0 lead on Palace and spent the rest of the match trying to see that score out. Of course they pulled one back. Two great opportunities to climb in to the top 5 wasted. This season is starting to resemble last season after starting up again.

It was there for Liverpool tonight. Fuck this abortion of a season. I am sure that a packed Anfield would have seen us get the job done.

Now the CL can only be won by 1 of 4 certified cunt outfits

    *Shitty- Cunts owned by A-Rabs
    *Chelsea-Cunts owned by Oligrabs
    *Real-Cunts owned by Franco
    *PSG-Cunts owned by A-Rabs.

    In short, a shit show.

    Mo takes that early chance.......

Normally i would muster up the minimal amount of energy required to rant but i've stopped caring. I don't even remember the last time i've watched a full match. I read the news and look at the results from time to time purely out of habit at this point. It won't be long before i don't even bother with that.

I watch the games on a betting website- it gives faster more accurate updates, with none of the verbiage of vested interests.

Pure unadulterated binary information bereft of the usual nonsense.

I don't gamble on sports. I can find the scores without the added narratives easily without them anyway.

I've just turned apathetic to the whole thing.

City-PSG is hard to call, they're both chokers imo on the biggest stage but PSG have the slender advantage I guess of at least making it past this hurdle last year. Mbappe is a great player and Neymar is a talented one (grudgingly acknowledged because I hate the guy), they did knock out the best side in Europe (and they still will be I would say, regardless of the fact they won't retain that title officially), although I have to say they massively rode their luck at times. They are struggling domestically though, maybe they've thrown all their eggs into the Champions League basket this year, who knows, but I still feel there's something missing from them (other than soul and history, obviously). City are dominating their domestic league but again I think there is something off about them when it comes to Europe, despite this being an analysis of a Champions League semi-final. Gun to my head I think City will win the tie in a barnburner. I feel they will break new ground here by getting to the final but not enough to win the whole thing. Fuck both of these clubs, by the way.

The winner will come from Real-Chelsea, despite the other semi final being a much better tie to watch, football-wise. This semi-final will be horrible to watch imo, but the eventual winner will come from here. I predict Real. One of the oil clubs (yes I know Chelsea have already done it) will get their hands on the trophy in the next few years and maybe start a period of dominance but I see this as being Real's last stand. Not their best team but enough to spoil their way to a win this time round.

Norwich City, welcome back to the Prem. We all need some more green & gold in our lives.

Sheffield United, back down the ladder. Red & white vertical stripes are only for clubs that start with an "s."

Sheffield U, Stoke City, Southampton, Sunderland...

It is like a contest. Who can come up with the worst ideas to completely ruin this sport.

I already knew they were revamping the UEFA tournaments for next season including adding a third tournament below the Europa League. Horrific idea.

Now this Super League bullshit. They brought in Gary Neville from Sky Sports who went on a long, angry rant against this and the clubs who have agreed to it. In that I agree with him 100%. His big part of the rant, and it was carefully worded, was that the people who are wielding the power over English football have nothing to do with England. They don't know the history and culture of English football and don't care. It's just money and greed.

Sellik in bad shape. Of starting 11 today i think only Cal Mac is a) be good enough and b) more likely than not to be here next year. Add Forrest to that if he can finally string two games together without hobbling off. To say there's a lot of work for any incoming manager to do would be quite an understatement.
