    Round 7.

Beevol gets in a good combo. It only took a minute or so.

Fool holding his hands too much.

He tries the jab, Beevol, conscious of how excited people must be, moves away and doesn't engage.

Beevol controls the distance. This is, as stated earlier, very important.

Beevol tries the left hook lead, It barely lands, but Fool doesn't counter it.

Beevol really steps in and lands big. Best shots of the fight so far. A few 1-2's on the money.

Beevol wins that big and he leads on my card.

    67-66 BEEVOL.

    Round 8

Beevol inches forward trying to land neat shots. He's getting some off. Fool is not responding.

Fool tries a 1-2. No dice.

Beevol jabs, Fool tries the right hand uppercut., neither man lands. Riveting.

Beevol is in total charge when he opens up.

Beevol is the poor mans Micheczweski

Richards tries the 1-2, Bivol responds with a jab, and another jab, and a right.

    Another Beevol round.

    77-75 BEEVOL.

    Round 9

Fool way more active. Not landing much. But throwing far more. Good man.

    Beevol gets in a jab.

Beevol gets in a load of jabs, Fool gets in a right to the body.

Beevol gets a few combos off......another Beevol round.

    87-84 BEEVOL.

    Round 10.

Beevol is an adept jabber up and down. He deserves credit for that.

I don't think Fool has any power in his shots, but he steps in and lands a right that draws Beevols anger, and Beevol beats his ass for it with left hooks to the face. Fool runs after him and lands an 8 punch combo to Beevols gloves, then whips in a right to the body which DOES land.

Beevol lands a beautiful right-left combo. Right hand, left hook.

Beevol punishes Fool who looks a bit ragged.

    Beevols round.

    97-93 BEEVOL.

    Round 11.

Fool is being told to let his hands go more. He's pawing jabs. Slapping lead hooks.

The best fight here is the cornermen trying to shout over each other.

I think the commentators are now trying to craft a narrative for Fool being ahead in the fight........ "Move your hands in a close round......probably win......rub of the green.......a little bit busier........blocking but throwing".

Fool opens up a bit. He eats a big left for his efforts. Fool gets in a big body shot. Fool has been busier here.

I will give him the round. Beevol gasps in his corner, to be honest.

    10-9 fool.

    106-103 BEEVOL

    FINAL ROUND.

Macklin has BEEVOL 109-101 up but the commentators continue to craft the "Close Rounds" narrative.

Beevols better sense of the distance allows him to land a right and avoid two lefts from Fool.

Commentators continue to dress the fans for a justification for a Fool win.

They clinch and Beevol makes no effort to fight out of it in on the inside. I don't like that. He just clings on.

    Beevol looks a bit raggedy.

Beevol tries a combo. They swap jabs.

Beevol covers up to the body and lands a hook. Commentators ignore it.

    Beevol again happy to clinch.

Fool celebrates. I gave Beevol the final round.

    FINAL SCORES FOR ME

    Beevol 116-112.

1 round either ways and Richards had a draw there on the cards. I felt it was wider but Macklin was not wrong, the close rounds were close.

Richards kind of blew it. He had Beevol at the end of a 18 month hiatus and he was just too conservative.

Goosen probably the first analyst I've heard acknowledge that moving into your opponent's "power" arm isn't necessarily the wrong way to go.

Yep. This is basically like a Chavez Jr. fight...the early years.

Hard not to root for Molina.

Molina could land a 10 punch combo on Ramos and Ramos wouldn't feel it at all because of the size advantage

It's nice when tall guys know to fight inside and don't just resort to clinching when an opponent gets close, but it also doesn't hurt to learn what a jab is.
