I think Roy goes 3-0, but Qawi is far and away the biggest threat to beat him of the three. Qawi does pose stylistic issues for Roy. Eddie MM, being a counterpuncher, would have big issues with Roy and wouldn't let his hands go enough. Roy would have to be VERY careful of Eddie's right cross, however. And Saad was too hittable and one dimensional, but does have a puncher's chance.
I think Jones paints Saad red. It'd be absolutely brutal and no-one would want to see it. Eddie would always be one step behind Jones and would gradually have his best weapons taken away. I think Qawi would beat Jones. Bad style for him IMO, and I doubt Jones' power keeps him honest given Holyfield's and Spinks' didn't.
I think in my mind Saad gets TKO'd before he can pull a Julian Jackson-esque KO out of nowhere Eddie would a be a dreadfully boring fight where he gets pot-shotted to death. Dwight Kawhi would run Jones out of the ring in the late rounds, dunno if he bags enough rounds to win. I'd make Roy a 7-6 favorite at LHW. At CW, Dwight would khtfko the Roy that fought Ruiz out of the ring.
Not one of those guys would be afraid of Jones. Not one of them would let Jones dictate the terms of the fight, as each of them was accustomed to imposing his vision upon a fight. Not one of them would sit back and let Roy do his thing. They would, all three of them, make him fight. Maybe he would contest the issue and impose his will. Maybe his skill level is really so superlative that it wouldn't become an issue but I don't believe that. And, from the late 80s until today, I believe that Roy is soft in the middle.
It's the first Grffin fight that makes me worried about Roy against Qawi. Montell showed that a defensively adept, counterpunching midget can give Roy problems. Now granted, Roy had figured Griffin out, and was on the verge of stopping him before Griffin pulled an acting job to get Roy DQ'd, but still.. Qawi was in a different universe from Griffin.
