His other "band impressions" are eerily spot on too.

I'm not sure if you're at the bonus tracks yet but here's bonus track #1 for the world expert with a penchant for not traveling:

I’ll probably take some grief for this but…The missus is kinda nuts for ABBA. I always thought they were a one hit wonder disco band for the most part, with that dancing queen song. We get into a debate where she claims they were bigger than the Rolling Stones and I tell her that ABBA was way below that level. I looked it up and it turns out I had underrated ABBA while she had underrated The Stones as it appears they’re considered on about the same level.

Anyway she’s been playing the hell out of ABBA around the crib in anticipation of their soon to be released new album and I’ve been unimpressed for the most part. Except this song came on and I can’t get enough of it:

She probably knows this but they have released two new songs before Voyage gets released.

If she likes the song, "One of Us" (one of the last songs they did before they split in '81,) one of the new songs is supposedly an answer or a "part 2" of that old song.

    Thanks. I’ll look into that.

Between me and you, I think she should wait for the full album. That’s how I am and it’s the way I absolutely would do it as I’m a very patient person. She’s the opposite and will want those two prereleases yesterday lol.

Susannah Hoffs is imo the hottest girl ever, but I think that The Bangles were legitimately seriously underrated as a band. They had some tunes man.

That was from their comeback album/tour in 2003. They could harmonize well and even though two of their big hits were cover songs and their biggest hit was written by Prince, they could write some tunes.

According to Robert Smith, he was inspired to write the lyrics for "Catch" after watching Rocky. Rocky's speech to Adrian hit his heart apparently.

    LMAO.

My first WTF was that a Cher song beat out Blue Monday for the 1980s, then the BeeGees song, but I was still was looking at it seriously. Hilarious.
