Tyson Fury already beat the best fighter of the previous era, and the best of his era (besides him of course). Could he have done the same to the best of the 90's early 2000's

Wilder was never the best of this era.

Lewis would smash the shit out of everyone around today, and Fury isn't the one who gives him the hardest fight, Usyk is.

Besides fury, i think wilder was clearly the best. I guess you can have an argument for aj or usyk, but i still rate wilder higher of them (at least for now)

Prime Vitali would smash all these guys. Therefore, Lewis isn't even worth discussing.

I don't see it. Not even speaking with my heart, as I hate the Klit sisters and I like Fury, but I think a peak Vitali was a level above Fury and Wilder.

I was thinking, live, right in the middle of Wilder throwing shots, how Vitali woukd eat him up. Huge arcing shots for Vitali to push his sneaky weird counters into. He loved a swinger. Once Corrie Sanders started the swings, Vitali countered him to death.

I think Lewis has an awkward time with Wilder but takes him out sooner and conclusively.

Vitali takes him out later but easier and probably stops him on his feet.

Not really. Lewis coukd get sucked into awful quagmire he didn't need to. I think he sparks Wilder once he finly gets his ass in gear and Wilder tires.

Vitali woukd just find Wilder too easy to hit and his swings too easy to avoid.

Vitali has something Fury doesn't... A hook he throws up from the waist.. There's a reason nobody, not even Lewis, went jabbing to his body.

Vitali is also cautious. He won't offer Wilder a pathway to victory.

Lewis might, but considering single shot power is better than Fury, and his strength is comparable, I just can't see an outcome other than Wilder eating dirt, and quickly.

Lewis would have zero issues whatsoever with Wilder.

Lewis-Wilder is a replay of either Lewis-Golota or Lewis-Grant. Meaning either way, Beyonce goes to sleep inside of 2.

Lewis beats Fury by stoppage but would find it awkward going for a while.

Vitali-Fury is a good fight (in terms of intrigue, the fight itself would be ugly), and competitive. Vitali wins but Fury's style and movement (if it's the Fury who boxed Wlad) gives him a good puzzle to try and solve. Main thing in Vitali's favour is that unlike Wlad he doesn't need to be set to throw and has a weird and unusual rhythm of his own.

Yeah, that's the best way to describe Lewis-Fury. Fury gives a good account of himself - Lummox would know he's been in a fight - but ultimately Fury gets iced.

The big difference is... unlike Wilder, who's a shit finisher, Lewis was one of the all time great finishers. Fury wouldn't be let off the hook.

I got Lewis KOing Fury in a war similar to Lewis-Bruno.

He’d have zero trouble with Wilder and AJ. He could easily ice both on the same night, and I really don’t think that’s an exaggeration.

Lewis probably had tougher sparring partners than them.
