Plant's not far off a trailer park domesto' by the looks of that all-access pre-fight hype shit.

Plant is aptly named. He seems an especially low IQ whiggerish sort. Has a hint of that Paul Spadafora School of Personal Excellence about him. Talks like a Ghetto/Trailer hybrid bum. I don't think much of his boxing "Skills" either.

He's going to fight a tight defensive fight. And he's going to lose.

I rewatched Plant vs Uzcat last night. Admittedly, I hadn't seen it since it happened live.

Caleb didn't look as good as I remembered, and I think he's totally fucked on Saturday. Don't get me wrong, he still won like 9-3 or 8-4, but it wasn't that impressive considering the huge gap between Uzcat and Canelo.

I had forgotten that Uzcat cut him pretty badly over his eye, and Plant was a much easier target than I thought.

I still think he'll do okay in the early rounds, mainly because he has a sharp, quick jab, which is his best quality. But by the mid-rounds, Canelo will find the range, and from there, it'll be pretty hopeless for Plant.

Only two things I don't know about this fight :-

    1. Whether it goes the 12 or if Plant gets stopped

    2. Whether Max Kellerman will take his dick out and masturbate, Toobin style, once Canelo has won.

Yeah I just rewatched a series of Plant’s fights and based on THOSE performances, I don’t see anything that will enable him to win this fight.

I think out of sheer pride, he’ll go the distance. And I think he’ll be competitive early on with his jab and hand speed. But class is gonna tell here pretty quickly. Plant has simply not faced anyone who is near this level and it’s going to be seen sooner rather than later.

I think this is an easy night for Alvarez. I think he'll stop Plant.

    Canelo by Decision....

Is Canelo the biggest draw in boxing today? I don't care for his last few fights since Jacobs/GGG rematch...

how many ppvs is he selling?

Canelo Alvarez vs. Caleb Plant odds
    • Canelo Alvarez: -1250
    • Caleb Plant: +630
    • Draw: +2600
Plant is far better than these odds suggest. The draw odds are particularly off, imo.

If Plant wins, it will be an upset on a par with Mike losing to Evander and BIGGER than Lewis losing to Rahman.

It's really that much of an upset.

There’s no way Canelo isn’t on the juice. I don’t care what anyone says.

He's the modern American kid. He's two States away from wearing an Antifa t-shirt and running around threatening people over nothing. 10 years ago he'd have been wearing Affliction labelled stuff.

He's just dumb as a brick and not very talented either.

I think he'd get brutalized by Kelly Pavlik in a battle of the left-behind Ruritanians.

It seems to me he must be, simply because he's a small guy who makes huge weights without compromising his effectiveness in the ring.

Carrying 190 on his frame and being able to do 12 rounds- even at his less than blistering pace- is beyond any sort of normal natural explaining.

To mention nothing of the fact that there have been OBVIOUS changes to his physique down the years which go beyond mere filling out.

Oh and he failed a test for Clen, too.

Albeit it is not an anabolic, it is a bronchodilator and an integral part of the makeup of anybody looking to drop weight and boost metabolism.
