Considering Dev's GLARING Weakness; LACK of Power, Jo-Jo Definitely Has a Chance... The Key is Cutting the Ring Off Consistently, Willingness to TAKE 2-3 to Land 1 and Shaking Off Any Flash/Balance Knockdowns He May Endure... A Winnable Fight for SURE, Even Though Dev's the SAFE Pick... REED
This is an intriguing fight. I saw JoJo's last fight and is a very crude and unpolished but does have power. This could be a poor man's Mayweather vs Castillo.
I remember what impressed me about JoJo is that he beat (Fortuna)the guy that caused Ryan Garcia to have a nervous breakdown when their fight was announced. Jojo style reminds me of a Johnny Tapia. Not much power (only 15 kos) but enough dog in him to get TKO's and the respect of their opponents.
I mean, I see where you're coming from, but that's also kind of an insult to Tapia. Johnny had more boxing talent in one testicle than Jojo has in his entire body.
Jojo has a 64 inch reach. That's not good when you're fighting a fighter like Haney. Jojo will have to go to the body early and often even if it means getting hit a bit and hope it has an effect on Dev's legs.
I had never paid much attention to Haney outside the ring. But lately I see him and his dad everywhere carrying that fake belt. If he gets past Jojo as I expect him to I hope Tank lays him out. Haney and his dad are annoying af.
Devin Haney wants to be remembered as the GOAT along side Ali and Mayweather. He's delusional. He wants to be a knockout artist so bad. Asking Linares how his power is looking for approval lmao.
Haney is so overrated. Stevenson is the best fighter at 130-135. He’d school Haney, Fimo, Garcia, and Kambosos.
