Usyk Is Calling Canelo Out

I think Canelo is an excellent/great fighter. I think the issue myself and others have is that everything is so obviously stacked in his favour from the outset it gets ridiculous. I thought he lost both Golovkin fights, he was somehow ahead or level with Kovalev despite hardly throwing anything for most of the rounds, even the Mayweather fight was a majority decision. I just think he's a great enough fighter to not need that advantage.

 

That's the thing that bugs me the most with clenelo. He knows even if he doesn't do much, hell get the round. Thats a tremendous advantage caise it enables him to fight wothout taking much chances.

But usyk calling out canelo is a bit weird. Reek of tyson fury calling out khan a few years ago

Is that really true? With Khans fragile chin Fury would literally kill him.

And as far as Canelo having "all these advantages and clauses" it does make people question his legacy. But when you consider he has short t-rex arms and is only 5"7 and can compete with natural super middle weights and cruiser weights I think he deserves a little slack.

But i must say that it's true that most of these guys are not doing anything to make themselves attractive as opponent for canelo. They pretty much only fights no hoppers and pray that theyll win the canelo lottery. Hell benavidez is supposedly fighting Lemieux next......

I don't think so. For one Benevidez is not from Mexico he's half Mexican American and Half Honduran. Canelo’s stance on fighting Benevides is basically what you and I have been saying. Benevidez hasn't done anything to separate himself from the pack and beating him a guy who's beaten nobody(greats or Champs @168) does nothing for his legacy. If he beats Benevidez people will just say he was overrated in the first place. I like Benevidez and its a fight I want to see but I see Canelo's point.
