While I have little to back to this with, beyond watching a shitload of fights, I feel like in the last 3-4 years there's been slightly less robberies in the sport. The last bad one was Golovkin-Canelo 1.

I've been noticing more and more fights where I was SURE the star would get the bullshit decision, but the judges actually made the right choice; and the most recent example of this is Lopez-Kambosis. I feel like 10 years ago, Kambosis would have gotten robbed.

There's still questionable decisions, that'll never end, but a BLATANT BLATANT robbery, like Lara vs Tall Paul or Quartey vs Forrest, we haven't seen one of those in a while.

My theory is that the social media age has made judges think twice about robbing guys, since they know they'll be held to the fire IMMEDIATELY. Just my theory.

In short, no. Just look at Kambosos-Lopez which was your own example. One judge had it a win for Teofimo. Yes the right decision was made but is it somehow less corrupt that "only" one of the three made such a card?

There Does Always Seem to Be @ Least One Judge in the BAG for the House Fighter, in Championship Level Fights...

Even the Russell-Magsayo Fight Last Weekend; One of the Judges Had it EVEN...Granted, Magsayo Didn't Set the World On Fire w/His Performance, But his Victory was APPARENT...

Social Media and Media in General IS Helping Somewhat, But it Mostly Seems to Be w/Female Judges, for Whatever Reason:duck:...

Eugenia Williams was Put on FRONT STREET for Her Lewis-Holyfield I Card...Luckily for Her, There was No Social Media Then, But the Existing Media of the Time LIT Her Ass Up and She Never Judged a Fight Again...

REED's Pretty Sure CJ Ross Never Worked Another Fight After Her Pac-Bradley I and Floyd-Canelo Cards...Ditto for Adelaide Byrd and Her Canelo-GGG I Card...

Also, Fighters Have More Freedom to APPEAL Ref/Judge Selections for their Fights, Beforehand...It's Becoming Tougher to Submit Bullshit, Obviously CORRUPT Cards, but as REED Stated in His Response to Whiskey's Post, There Still Seems to Be @ Least 1 Judge In the BAG for the House Fighter, for Championship Level Fights...

Yeah, Eugenia Williams was dragged through the mud by the NY media at the time, I'll never forget.

She might have had it easier if she robbed Lewis in Vegas.

The NYC media lit her ass on fire.

Nah, there's been plenty of straight up indefensible robberies over the last few years, if not at the absolute highest level. My counter point to that would be that fights at the very highest level don't happen often. Just some of the ones off the top of my head which were fairly recently:

    Charlo-Castano
    Oscar-Conceicao
    Hatton-Martinez
    Romero-Martinez
    Dogboe-Lopez
    Davies-Vazquez
    Charlo-Korobov
    Barrios-Batyr
    Nery-Alameda
    Ritson-Vazquez
    Ryder-Smith
    Wilder-Fury I

And if I'm remembering right, I'm fairly certain that Taylor-Ramirez would have been a draw if not for the KDs; so they may well have been planning to keep the belts in America whether Ramirez deserved it or not.

And yeah, as mentioned, there's normally a shitty card or two in almost every televised event.
