    Provodnikov, vs Bradley, Algieiri

Golota vs Bowe, the first fight in particular.

    Joe Parker vs Chisora II.

I really think Provodnikov was the worst of living memory.

He was fucking awful at finishing, awful.

Vitali wasn't very good either perhaps because of a number of factors including his style, attitude. But he had Williams gone at the end of the 1st and the 3rd, it went 8. He had Adamek beaten after 2 rounds, it went 10.

Its not like he threw 40 power shots and missed them all.

He didn't have fight ending power as such... He had enough power to end the fight as a viable contest...but not finish the fight.

I dunno to be honest, I loved watching Pac fight but it was one thing which really annoyed me about him.

Pac was a compassionate guy. I think he could have stopped Thurman but laid off him when he had him hurt. Did the same with Rios.

Vernon Forrest let Mosley off the hook twice in that first fight IMO.

Khan might prove me wrong on Satdee but he needed multiple bites of the apple to get certain jobs done too.

He let Limond and Gomez back into the fight. He had Maidana dead off a left hook downstairs in the first round and never hurt him there again. Went 12.

He had Peter Pill all over the place but let him back into that too.

Well Hatton must have been banging Jinkee on the side..... Cos Manny showed zero compassion that night :Jest:

When Forrest landed that uppercut it looked like Shane was totally fucked. If Shane had Forrest that badly hurt, he'd have ended it.

Shane was an excellent finisher at a lot of levels... Vargas, Mayorga, Diaz, Stone, Margarito.

I think the Jury is out on Oscar. At lower weights he looked lethal. At higher weights and better opposition less so.

Vargas looks a good finish but it is not. He just flurries on a badly hurt opponent who is not throwing back. Same with Ike. Mindless windmilling.

Shane, love him or hate him, was an all time great finisher.

That was his second best trait behind his handspeed. He really knew how to get a guy out of there once he got them in serious trouble.

Oscar was a good finisher, but I wouldn't consider him one of the greatest finishers by any means.

Disagreed on Vargas and Quartey. They were both good finishers. Not great ones.

When I think of truly great finishers, I'm thinking Leonard, Tyson, Arguello, Louis, Pryor, Hagler, Olivares, Foreman, ect.

Gatti was a pretty mediocre finisher.

Earnie Shavers. Badly hurt the likes of Ali, Holmes, Young, Lyle, and others and couldn't get the job done.

Yeah, particularly when he got older. Roy Jones was a bit the same. Even when he was shot he still managed to hurt guys but there was no killer instinct left to take advantage.
