I’m delighted Brook won and beat him up in the process. Khan has behaved like an intolerable cunt over the past few years and thought he was better than he was. The irony is that had he pushed for the fight when Brook was IBF welterweight titlist, he’d have made more money and would have had a better chance of winning… but he thought he was a level above Brook so ended up fighting guys who could clean his clock until he ran out of options and now he has nowhere to go. And I’m not sorry.

 

Brook ends up cashing out and getting the Cinco de Mayo date against Canelo @ SMW

 

He already went that route with the Golovkin fight. He was on a hiding to nothing there. I’d like to see him hang them up too and then he can look back on his pasting of Khan as his last fighting memory. But I’m sure he’ll fight on.
