Anybody watching BBC coverage of the boatrace?

Apparently, your ass might not have had ACCESS TO A RIVER.

YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE HEARD OF ROWING.

YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE KNOWN ROWING WAS FOR YOU.

YOU MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT IT WAS A WHITE DOMINATED SPORT.

    FUCK OFF.

Bright and warm here. Went up to Richmond Park. Big enough crowds, lycra twats, deer on steroids, etc. Was checking my phone endlessly.

By this time next week we'll have all the big questions answered. It's gonna be a real pity if Liverpool flunk this league over games Vs Brighton, Brentford and Brendan.

United not totally out of Top 4. But not far off being out of it. Still 4 teams looking at that 4th place.

I don't know if there's ever been a gap between 8th and 9th like that ....12 points but only 10 GD.

Last year the gap from 8th to 11th inclusive was 5 points only..

All in, that was the biggest old firm win for >20 years. Ange now has £40m to spend, Rangers now have to hold jumble sales in edminston carpark to pay their debts again. Over. For a long time.

Here's a picture someone posted on twitter of Sellik Park rising out the fog this morning....looming over them as they wake up, nightmarish, colossal, ascendant

Nearly 100m in losses over the last 6 years, Sellik have been running net profits over that time and now we're guaranteed CL group stage money next year. Mark Hatley all over the papers this morning blaming the board for not spending enough...comparing current 'failure to invest' to how things were in his day under David Murray, which he still views as the paragon of effective stewardship

Nobody with a haircut like he used to sport should ever be listened to about anything, ever.

I don't understand how they've been racking up the losses......they've not been spending, I thought they'd addressed the issues that had plagued them back in the day.

Yeah apropos of your earlier comments....

Hateley has gone from a somewhat ugly but legitimately rugged specimen of manhood just like his dad or his dad's mate Tommy Smith , to having that spacey, bespectacled gormless stare of a former boxer who had one fight too many.

I actually watched that live in the state. Trying to get across the magnitude of the win from a brentford perspective to rebeka....'its almost like that time partick thistle beat Celtic 4-1 in 1970': that seemed to get the point across.
