    Tony Tubbs was another 80s HW titlist with very fast hands.

    He had pop too, he hurt Bowe basically every time he landed clean. Unfortunately, he also appeared to be suffering from a panic attack of sorts.

    Bowe was in so many weird fights.

    Yeah, for a guy his size, Sanders had tremendous hand speed and timing too. The rest of his game was quite poor though mostly due to not being serious about his career.
