Rooting for Whyte here. I do think he can hurt Fury on the inside. He can counter punch and he’s a good body puncher.

I like Fury as a personality, but as a fighter? Yes, I think he's truly one of the most overrated fighters there's ever been.

Less overrated than Wilder imo. People were comparing Wilder to Tyson saying he was the biggest and most devastating puncher in history. I mean before Fury exposed him as a one dimensional fighter. I don't think that many people overrate Fury other than casual UK fans. Most of us think he has made the most out of his talent during a weak era. If Fury fought in the 80's or 90's he wouldn't have the same success. That's my fair unbiased assestment of Fury. I'm not even a fan of him or Wilder. Just call it like I see it.

 

Fury is fairly sound technically for a giant and gets up when dropped. That said the only guy in the division I give respect to skill wise is usyk

 

Plenty of guys exposed Wilder as uni dimensional, they just couldn't make it stick. Or, like Ortiz, they preferred to lie on the ground while people claimed they'd just witnessed the biggest punches ever thrown.

 

That guy, Healy, fighting Adeleye, was a fat disgrace. Literally not one identifiable muscle in his upper body.
