Just on pure boxing skills alone. Basically fighters that almost always boxes on the outside while displaying great movement and defense with the intent to just box the full 12 rounds. Who would you say are some of the best pure boxers currently? For me: Oleksandr Usyk Dmitry Bivol Devin Haney Sunny Edwards
I wouldn't have considered Usyk at CW to be a pure out-boxer, but it does look like he's gone down that path up at heavyweight. Aside from Bivol, Haney and Edwards, I'd also add Ioka and Rigo. I'd have given an honourable mention to Saunders too, but I don't think he's ever gonna fight again.
Can’t believe I left out Shakur Stevenson, he’s an obvious one as far as pure out-boxers go. I’m curious to see if he’s gonna box the full 12 rounds against Valdez or if he’ll be forced to get into a brawl.
The skillset or the skillset with the mindset? Ennis could be beating these guys 12 zero and never get touched if he wasn't looking to take them out
Usyk probably as he literally cannot risk doing anything else than boxing.... He had a bit of a cameo in the 12th vs Joshua but that was literally the last 30 seconds of the fight.
A boxer who doesn't look to outbox guys even though he could - or should- probably doesn't fit the bill. Tyson Fury should be top of the list but he's become too reckless recently. If he stuck to his boxing he'd be right up there.
Canelo moved up from 155!! He was giving away a functional weight advantage?! When will Eevil Beevol fight somebody his own size!! Tired of DEEZ RUSSIANS taking our belt! He's LUCKY the best Mexicans all work for Cartels!
