Who would you say is the greater fighter in terms of resume and achievements? Galaxy had 19 title defenses and was basically undefeated while SSR had a brief prime/reign and beat better quality fighters (Chocolatito x2, Gallo).

Galaxy and I don't see Rungs having any argument.

Khaosai is a consensus top 1-3 all time great at 115.

    I personally feel he's the H2H best at 115.

Yeah I just can't see anyone at 115 beating Galaxy. And that includes Gilberto Roman, Jiro Watanabe, Mark Johnson, and Johnny Tapia.

Think you would need a very good bantamweight champ to beat a prime Galaxy.

I got ready to say a bantamweight ATG, but that's overkill, perhaps.

Rungvisai has the better wins, but he was only a factor a couple of years before personal problems, losing and then COVID all stunted his progression. Galaxy on the other hand outlasted all of his peers in terms of longevity and fought a few decent guys too. While I don't really see a case for SSR being greater, I respect him a lot more for trying to make the big fights.

Galaxy was a lot better head to head as well. Ain't no way Chocolatito does so well against him. Estrada isn't washing him either.

I'd unironically take Penalosa over both head-to-head.
