Lakers were the ONLY Party Interested in a Sign & Trade, But They Could Only Afford $6mil this Year…

Kyrie Wasn’t Going to Sacrifice $36.5mil to Play w/His Boy for $6mil for His 1st Year in LA…

    Can’t Blame Him Either…

    Right

After he already missed out on 15 or 20 million last season

Now we shall see what the nets can do if they have a full squad with simmons, Harris, Irving, Durant and claxton

They need to play out one year with the "young socialite" Ben Simmons before they break up

Odd of the spurs to deal murray after they spent a few years developing him into one of the better young guards in the league.

I'm reading their plan is to tank to get this French kid

That’s exactly what the Nets should do. If a player can force their way out on a 4 year contract then next cba every owner might as well push for one year contracts max. It’s ridiculous.

The ONLY Reason Kyrie Has Even a SLIVER of Trade Value is Because the Lakers Want to UNLOAD Russ On Anybody They Can...

Kyrie is a Certified Franchise WRECKER and Had the Audacity to Act Like He was a Brooklyn SHOT CALLER After "Leading" Them to a SWEEP vs. Boston:duck:...Helluva PLAYER, But Among the More SELFISH Athletes in Recent Memory...

After Calling Kyrie's Bluff and Basically FORCING Him to Opt Into his $36mil Contract for this Coming Season, There's a ZERO % Chance of Kyrie Wearing a Brooklyn Nets Uniform Again...And Even if he Did, He'd Bounce After the Season, Since He'll Be an UNRESTRICTED Free Agent @ That Point...

No Doubt KD Knows This About Kyrie as Well, and it Likely Prompted KD to Demand a Trade Himself...REED's Mildly Surprised KD and Kyrie Didn't Play 1 Final Season Together as a "Fuck You" to Brooklyn's Front Office, Before Riding Off into the Sunset...

Either Way, the Damage is DONE...

From Brooklyn's Perspective, it's Not About WANTING Russ, It's About the Fact They're on the Precipice of REBUILDING, All Over Again...The 2 Horses They Hitched Their Wagon To BOTH Want Out....FORTHWITH!!!...

While KD Probably Has No Fewer Than 25 Teams Inquiring About His Services, the Lakers are THE ONLY Team Interested in Kyrie's Ass...Sure, Russ is Coming Off THE Worst Season of His Career, But His $40mil Salary Will Come Off SOME Team's Books This Time Next Year...Whenever a Team Can FREE UP $40+ mil in Cap Space, That's a GOOD Thing, Thus the "Interest" in Trading for Russ...

This Coming Season is a WASH for Brooklyn Regardless...Get What You Can for KD, Trade Kyrie for Russ and Let Russ Go His Merry Way This Time Next Year...

The Mavs NEED Another Guard for Sure, After Losing Brunson, But Not Kyrie...It's Luka's Team, But Luka's PERSONALITY Isn't Strong Enough to Keep a Malcontent Like Kyrie In Line or DEMAND Kyrie's Respect...

On Another Level, Dallas Area Sports Teams/Fans Prefer Their Black Athletes to Be SEEN Rather Than HEARD, if You Know What REED Means...Kyrie AIN'T That Dude...He'd End Up Slapping the Shit Out of Someone in Dallas...

Durant is supposedly upset at the Nets organization for not extending a supermax deal to his buddy Kyrie.

Why would you expect to the Nets to give that offer to such an unreliable headache?

Durant acts like a single mother who’s dating.

“You have to accept both me and Kyrie, it s a
    package deal”

nets should have extended irving. they dropped the ball. guy is still at his peak. his durability is a concern but i dont blame any of the pandemic absence on him. the dumbass owner could have had him playing most road games from the beginning of the season if he wasnt on some sort of moral high horse.

they could have had him and durant for another 3 or 4 seasons and went for it. particularly this season with a full roster, with harris and simmons.
