    My watch is not daft!!

Honestly....listen to this shit.... Just lusten to this, especially you millennial fucks...

.... First time ever i tried to do some training, i got an extension lead and an okd digital alarm clock with the red leds, and i took it out to the porch.

I'd start skipping and trying to work in 3 minute bursts with 1 minute off.

Sad. So much desire and interest and ZERO resources and aids.

I had a speedball and no way to mount it.....cos I'd no fucking skills with tools then.

You can't be as non-goal orientated as you say you are. You posted pictures of your running times in this thread and some chat about what you wanted to do next lol

    It's clearly in there.

Right. And Everton agreed to sell Rooney. I wasn't blaming the players or the clubs but the belief system in the PL. If you're a top player, you need to be on a big 4 club. Fuck staying on a seventh place team and trying to help them improve.

The funny thing is, Everton finished 16th before we sold him and we finished 4th without him the next season.

The point I was making was that Rooney and Carroll left in different circumstances. Agreed on Rooney but Carroll was basically sold under duress by a fat cunt who used the club entirely to sell on players for profit.

Main thing is 2.6lb of weight lost 8n a week but a lot of that is lean tissue. 0.6lb is fat.

Bodyfat percentage is up and I've been told that's because I've got rid of a lot of extraneous water and that even though fat is lower, fat as a percentage is up.

Interestingly, the muscles on my legs appear to have taken a hammering, undoubtedly as a result of running more.

All the weights I've lifted are Upper Body stuff

    Arms are a mystery.

Critically, my trunk is now 0.5% less fat by composition.

I was cornered by a haircut with a clipboard at the front door of the gym last week. A few questions about your training he says, the first of which is 'whats your main training goal'? Staving off death, I reply. Pregnant two second pause before he writes it down:Jest:

I was watching John Fury in an interview and he said his exercise regimen is now about "living longer".

There's a narrow band in life where clothes and abs and chicks is what a fitness regime is about.

That gives way to far more basic concerns in a hurry.

I think in that case they got gifted the tickets and Kenny was trying to bed Andy in because Andy was gormless and prone to flying off the hook. Apparently he trashed the house he rented on Merseyside. So Kenny, who still thinks itd 1977, was trying the Shankly touch.

Today i had a bit of mashed potato and pilchards and i felt stuffed.

Theres a real link between sleep and appetite.

More sleep, less appetite, better mood.

A 600-calories, 56g-of-protein tin of pilchards is £1.50 in Waitrose.

By contrast, 200g of mozarella is £2.50 and has less protein.

    Aaaaand there it is.

The ONLY reason the media got behind the England team in 2021 was because of the racial angle.

Now apparently there's a real problem.

The crise du jour now is that the womens team, all white as it is, is recording record wins and this is embarassing because tge implication is that this being done sans
an ethnic component ergo the ethnics arent needed.

    Problematic

My last time in England (March, 2020 just before 'lockdown ") I was talking to this half Spanish half English guy, Marco.

I said my two favorite places in England are both places that get a lot of grief from the rest of England. Liverpool & Hounslow. To which the barman closed his eyes and let out a long exhale, saying, "Fuck. I don't know which one's worse!"

And we were in Hounslow at the time.

Norn Iron in trouble already ..... England are already through to the quarters, will top the group, but demanded that penalty like they hadn't scored in a year.

Giakamakis is probably the best pure one touch finisher I've ever seen at Celtic. He's running a goal every 83 minutes in the hoops. 3rd goal.

A couple of seasons ago, Wolverhampton, Wolfsburg & Wolfberger were all in the Europa League group stage and I was disappointed the none of them ever met one another.

I think we'll walk the league but this is at least a season too early for us not to get annihilated in the CL, at least without serious upgrades in defence. We were targeting several guys who looked perfect fits for what we need (ball progressing/line breaking centre back & an athletic, high volume defensive midfielder) but, predictably, all ended opting for La Liga or Bundesliga in the end. Still a few weeks left but my optimism in those departments is waning a tad. Likely to take another couple of Ange transfer windows to really get where we need to be.

Look at Ranger's selling guys like Joe Haribo for £20m....i think they've given up already in a sense. They've clearly given up on the CL group stages. I dont rate Haribo but he was one of their better guys.
