I just used pirate streams and have to deal with some pop-ups. The porn ones are usually along the lines of "hot sexy ladies want to fuck you" or similar. They sometimes change the wording and/or the ethnicity but it's essentially the same idea. I guess they were just using a thesaurus or something but i came across this one that made me laugh.



Looking for sex? Nah. How about friendship? Nah, still too close.

I've been using @SeenGoalHD 's twitter feed. NBC Peacock is dumb. The Arsenal match was the only one on yesterday and they aired it today on replay.

The tube to that section was down when I went there in '11. I started walking from Hammersmith, ovestimated the distance left and made the mistake of getting a taxi. From the taxi I sat in traffic and watched all of the people I was walking with keep walking until they were out of sight. I paid £12 to sit in traffic for 30 minutes and move four blocks.

I had forgotten but at the time where everyone began getting PCs in their home (late 90s/early 00s) the US had no laws against spamming porn. So no matter who you were, a 90 y.o. granny or a high school freshman, you'd set up your AOL account then open up a batch of porn ads and links.

That place is a bottle neck.....you walked down the Fulham Palace Road towards Charing Cross Hospital and it's MAD on game day..coaches jamming up the roads by being parked on the side of the road .

Anyhow I've packed in the protein this week but also maintained the roadwork.

12km yesterday with the dog and 3 km of that were jogs uphill.in Richmond Park in the heat, well 2 wee uphill and 1 wa flat.

Good times on the runs, 7.0m for the uphills and 6.40 on the flat/downhill (which was the 10th of 12k, so natch a bit tired)

Uphill on broken ground in the warmth is no joke.

But I am concerned about the muscle loss.. I'm hydrating harder and have had the steak and tuna today and I'll bang in a few eggs too maybe.
