    Wouldn't rule it out, but surely it's a case of "good big guy beats good little guy" logic, no? I would be interested to see how Fury approaches it though, does he go for the size/weight differential and lean/smother or does he fancy his chances at outboxing him? Either way I just need to see it.

    Usyk's an Excellent, Underappreciated Fighter But Tyson Fury is 6'9, 260-300lbs, Give or Take...And He's FULLY Capable of "Out Usyking" Usyk Despite the SIZE Advantage...

    When a Guy Can Do What YOU Do, Whilst Being Half a Foot TALLER and 60+ lbs HEAVIER, You're Going to LOSE..

    I just feel like Fury doesn't do enough to outpoint Usyk. He definitely is not stopping him. Unless he can Ruiz his way to a W then Usyk will outwork him. Usyk ain't Wilder.

    He didn't though, I legit don't see what some of the folks here were apparently seeing. Usyk won wiiiiiide in my eyes but hey, it's subjective and maybe I'll see it differently on a rewatch. It does seem that on aggregate a lot of people had it closer than I did.

    This is how I see it. Also, the key thing for me is that Fury can adapt. Unlike AJ, if he finds himself a few rounds down, he's not going to just keep doing the same old shit and hope it starts working, he will try a different avenue.

    Usyk is good, but massively overrated on the back of beating a very limited fighter. He won't keep the belt sfor long, even in this dismal hw division.

    He is upset. You think back....3 years ago his planet was a monumentally different place. It was for all of us. But he's literally come out the far side of the pandemic a poor man's Bruno.

    In Bruno's era it was daily papers.

    Today, it's everywhere, everything, all the time.

    Joshua in his head never believed he was as good as everybody else believed he was. This is the issue.

    With Lewis, Bruno, even Fury, it was hoped rather than expected that they'd win. With AJ after that ridiculous Olympics, it was piled on. Absolutely piled on. It wasn't hope or 3ven belief it was expectation, demand.


    He's being judged by the higher standards of a better fighter but wants to be judged by his own lower standards.

    The irony here is that he's actually turned in by far the best performance of anybody Vs Usyk for quite some time.
