Shame I can't watch it live. Hopefully Celtic can hold onto Abada for years to come. He's quite the talent.

Draw about right btw Lfc abd Efc, and about as much use to either as a cock on a prize mare.

Gulf BTW Celtic and Rangers apparent today and more pronounced than last time.

That's steady overall, well done. Your pace dipped at halfway, which probably gave you the extra needed to put in the good last km.

Considering Rangers are currently a decent outfit i think today tops beating Juventus in 2002 as the best sellik performance ive ever seen. We absolutely smothered them; mustve won 10+ tackles in their third in the first half alone.... fitbaw equivalent of a khabib ground and pound.

I was fuckin dying out there. No breakfast, no coffee, and cunts with dags in a massive open space SOMEHOW finding the route right into my path every lap. Like they had a homing beacon.

I bet I can beat those times in cooler weather with a warm-up and some pre workout cheat drink.

I was close at the 4km to just fucking off home to be honest it got so muggy and sunny but I found a second wind and closed it out fast.

Dunno about tomorrow,I might put that off till Monday, we'll see.

Bear in mind I've not run 3 days out of 4 since 2003.....

If I run tomorrow, I'll have racked up 23km,minimum, in a week for the first time in 20 years or more.

And I'm 100lbs north of the weight I ran at.

    So it's natural I'm tired.....but we'll see what's what after a night's sleep.

If you want to see the fucking desperate attempts these bastards are going to to ensure NUFC are cheated at every turn, get a chance if you can to watch this goal they've just disallowed at SJP.

    It is absolutely outrageous. Outrageous.

It would be nice if the ref was subject to a violent attack.

Seriously, soon enough, someone is going to sue PGMOL. Their negligence is costing clubs millions of pounds.

I hacked into some security cameras and found this surveillance footage. Jota is in the back of this van as we speak.

    The King!

Fair play to him, he could charge £20 a go for his fare down here, an order came in tonight for a burger, Deliveroo, £20 on the nose.

    Nice burger but £20?

For the delivery and service charge your have the guts of a daysent kebab on king St.

How did they rumble The Billy? Did his keks drop from hunger to reveal a shiny blue pair of Rangers briefs?

Did he ask if they did a good Shossidge Sandwich?

Or did he speak out when informed that his order would be ready at 19:16?

Fecking eejit! What was he doing down there? Not his side of town at all....it's a good walk from Kelvinbridge never mind on out to his own side.

Ps what's with the painkillers? Ear ache?.

Good game yesterday. For the Reds I thought Gomez had a great game. Lampard and his staff are building a good team at EFC, but we have a grim run of fixtures and could easily see us stuck on 5 or 6 points after another 4 games and in real trouble.

    Hope everyone is keeping well.

Jota + Kyogo + Abada is a fucking lethal front 3, it really is.

It'd be a pity if Kyogo isn't ready by Tuesday, because unfortunately for Celtic, they're up against arguably the best front 3 in the world.

It'd be thrilling if Jota/Abada could outperform Vinicius/Rodrygo.

No homo but I thought of you yesterday trying to tell me that one time that Albert Riera was shit. He had one assist. In the Merseyside Derby in 2009 I think.

Liverpool are in a rut right now. A mild rut but a rut.

    Everton are somewhat adrift.

Napoli are at the top of the fucking Serie A table thus far this season too, so LFC better get out their rut this week.
