Do you like avocado? It's a great "healthy fat" to incorporate into any diet.

When I was actually in shape w/abs, I was having grilled chicken, brown rice, and avocado as my dinner in many cases.

 

Most men tend to distribute their fat round the belly for hormonal reasons so i'll prob come off last and slowest. With women it's usually the ass and thighs. Nothing to be done except to keep going, really

 

I'm going to join a local gym next week. I haven't had a gym membership since 2017.
