Thank you Sire....Tesco Low Fat cottage cheese, 1 apple and a decaff coffee to follow ....all offerings to honour the digital monster in the bathroom :Jest:

Seriously some days I have to compel myself to eat as I'm getting lairy about some "excess" from the previous day(s) like a tea with sugar or a bit of pizza I had.

I can feel my belly getting lighter. That old thickness under the navel is being whittled down.

But I was hanging that last 1.5k, pushing my fingers into my thighs to generate those big deep satisfying breaths needed to open out the stride and maintain the thighs.

There is a monotony to this that breaks a lot of people. Literally a few hours once a week you are free from a dietary mandate, and that's presuming you've made weight for that week.

People just say "fuck it", lose their gains, get depressed and end up worse off.

I appreciate your common sense approach to the GNR. 21KM is a serious slog.

What sort of times was she looking to do it in?

Given the current form of both clubs, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Liverpool lost to Ajax at Anfield today.

Ajax has been playing far better than LFC.

    Neither would I.

That said, Anfield can and has produced atmospheres where good opposition teams can underperform..

Who to watch out for from Ajax? I know they've been playing really well recently and obviously they battered Rangers, but have to confess I haven't watched a whole lot of them.

Bergwijn, the former Spurs winger, has been tearing it up this year.

Two goals in injury time. Ouch. They should still get out of that group.

That's the CL for you though. You can get done brutally. Sporting were 7-1 to win that game after 73 minutes.....

I hope you put some money on that.

Have you a link to a website I can watch the Liverpool game on?

Some American Arsenal fan I know just tried to tell me that Gabby Jesus is better than Haaland.

    Sweet Jesus...

Big Game tonight. Potential inflection point big. Warsaw heaving with Sellik fans, there's gonna be a lot of us. Kyogo, Jota, Juranovic (pen) - 3-2.

Sorry to hear that better luck next time. I cashed out a bet of £1.50 on Ajax or draw so I got a £5 back on £7 spent . Dems the breaks .

I hope that Hun from the kebab shop doesn't get his coordinates wrong again . I can't think of a worse place to be than between those two groups of fans.

I suspect Mbappe is better than Marcus Rashford. No clue why, just call it a hunch.

Yes. I have heard such rumours too. But Rashford has a book out called "you can do it" so there's that too. Maybe he's trolling MBappe? Does MBappe have a book out?

I just went up 'Stalin's wedding cake'...... monumental dictator-classical stone skyscraper, thru whispering solemn commie cooridoors to the lift in the building core taking us to the 30th story viewing platform. The lift doors open and.....whole place is thronging with Sellik fans. Like a dream with elements flung together which make no sense
