I think Benavidez, height, reach, and power are bad for Canelo, especially now as his quickness, reflexes, and snap are beginning to wane. Unlike Golovkin, Benavides would push Canelo back all night and he’s not effective when being backed up.

Benavidez also has a much better engine.

Chavez criticized Canelo's cardio after the fight. You might be on to something. If Canelo can't hurt or knock Benevidez out then Canelo would be in deep shit vs Benevidez. I agree has a better chance vs Charlo that should be the next fight for an aging Canelo.

It's nothing new. His stamina has never been great.

I don't see a path for Canelo beating David if he can't stop him.

Benavidez is too long and his jab is too good for Canelo to have success at long range, and Benavidez would hammer him with uppercuts in close.

Canelo has to bank on countering and stopping Bena a midrange.

Canelo can draw a million PPV buys if he fights Eubanks Jr. next

In the UK that would do huge numbers.

In the US, Eubank is a nobody. You'd be looking at like 200k buys.

Charlo makes the most sense, especially considering that Charlo is a Texas boy.

It would easily sell out Cowboys stadium.

Alvarez vs Charlo wont even sell as well as the third Golovkin fight.

i see a lot of talk how the event wasnt a financial success. maybe not, but DAZNs ultimate goal was to get more subscribers, so if that happened it should be factored in.

Canelo’s lack of drive could be a confidence issue after his loss. Let’s see how he looks next fight
