I'm split on this one. On the one hand Prograris is a fun fighter to watch. Love watching his fights hes tough, he's a good quality fighter. On the other hand what Zepeda did to Josue Vargas was just gangsta and love him for that . I like both fighters but I agree with Explosive Prograris is the better fighter out of the two and should win. But it will be fun while it last. Not going the distance.

This argument is weird. Davis-Rolly was more of a big event than a big fight. There was a lot of buzz around it where I live, and I had a few of the fellas over to watch it. That's why I ordered it.

I don't see that much appeal in Prograis-Zepeda, because I don't think Zepeda is all that good, and I give him zero chance of winning.

If it's what you wanna order, knock yourself out.

Rolly vs Tank was a mismatch. Everyone knew this. Most fans knew Rolly had no chance. Rolly is a horrible fighter but in terms of popularity he is a better known fighter than Zepeda. Tank vs Rolly attracted more casuals. But I don't think Zepeda is as bad as Xplosive thinks he is. He also said Pitbull vs Tank was a mismatch and it turned out to be Tanks toughest fight. I think Zepeda is a good opponent for Prograis and I would not be surprised if it was a close fight. As a boxing fan this fight is 10x better and more ppv worthy than that Rolly vs Tank crap.

Tank Davis, hate him or love him, is a PPV caliber fighter. Not on Floyd/Canelo level, but he puts asses in seats and generates mainstream coverage.

The issue here is that neither Regis nor Zepeda is a name. They aren't even SEMI-names.

A solid matchup like this between two no-names has no business behind a pay wall. That's what your drunk, pill poppin ass needs to be focused on.

I never play PPV morality police. There's guys on THIS FORUM who ordered Mayweather-Paul and Tyson-Jones. It wasn't for me, but I also wasn't gonna judge anyone who did order. It's not my money.

It's extremely strange that you and George have this hard-on about me ordering Davis-Rolly.

The issue AT HAND is that Prograis-Zepeda should be on ESPN, or DAZN. Not some nondescript PPV platform where it won't even be marketed.

 

LAST POINT I'll make on this beaten horse topic - I got flamed months ago for saying Davis-Romero was more worthy of ordering than Canelo-Golov III. Turns out I was RIGHT.

A highlight KO between two young fighters who were both there to win beats out an old man just showing up for a check, and Canelo spurt fighting.
