Nottingham's Poorest matches are always and I mean always on US TV for some reason. Not only do they suck, their games are boring as fuck.

Tonight was more standard...only two sub sixers but the final lap was a bingo 5.13 and the overall was a sub 30 minute albeit by just a few seconds.

So that's that. Five 5ks in 7 days, a total new departure for me.

Bit annoyed, too many calories creeping in, not enough sleep.

Visceral fat is down to the 12.5/12.0 level.

Muscle is 152.0lb with body fat at 26.4% so that's good news at least.

I must be over-confident, relishing in my overall gains and new-found fitness and not embracing the absolute rigid discipline of the Summer.

Still I know what has to be done and am probably much better equipped now to deal with it, in terms of my general conditioning.

Ronaldo is looking for his outright release. So much for the the United reunion. Ten Fag should have let him go in the summer.
