    The delay was the keeper was arguing to stay on. Maguire was immediately whipped off. So...I can only conclude the evil Qataris have decided they can....add on whatever time they want.

    Yeah I get why the 14 minutes was given in the first half, with the keeper stuff. I'm not sure what the 10 minutes added on to the second half was for.

    That penalty for Iran was such an obvious "oh go on, let them have two". Especially when you compare it to the one that wasn't given to England in the first half.
