Have to disagree, I think the 2000's Ivory Coast were better (they just kept getting drawn in ridiculously tough groups every World Cup), 2010 Ghana were better. 2002 Senegal maybe too.

2002 Senegal were good but France didn't win a single game in their group and Senegal were knocked out by Turkey.

Cameroon beating an Argentina team that went on to the Final is better....throw in their wins over Columbia and what really should have been a win over England and I think they're clearly the best.

One major flaw :- that battering by the USSR who had, for what it's worth, reached the finals of Euro 1988

I know Ghana had it basically won in 2010 but that was also in Africa.

I have to give it to Cameroon.

Also better strip:- strip's were tops in 1990. They got very gash in the next few years.
